LOT 599
Sentinel Arms Striker 12 Semi-Automatic Revolving Shotgun, Class III/NFA Destructive Device,
with Box - Serial no. 006210, 12 cal., 18 inch round bbl., mate black finish, metal stock. Originally designed
by Hilton R. Walker in 1981, and used by the Zimbabwean Army and on a limited basis by the Israeli Army.
In 1984, it was determined by the BATFE to have “no sporting purpose” per the phrasing of the National
Firearms Act and designated a Destructive Device. The heart of the weapon is a 12-round spring powered
revolver cylinder mated with a double-action-only firing mechanism, the former automatically rotating to
the next chamber when the trigger is released, permitting a high volume of fire without being reliant on
gas or recoil force to drive the action. Blade front and groove rear sights, with an ejector rod assembly and forward pistol grip on the heat shield, maker’s marks on the front of the drum housing, safety warnings on the left side of
the action housing, and a top-folding buttstock with a 14 1/4” length of pull. With a matching numbered box, manual, and a Singlepoint-style fiber optic sight.
CONDITION: Excellent, 95% original matte black phosphate finish, with some rust on top of the cylinder housing and mild wear and handling marks overall. The grips and stock are also excellent, with minor scratches. Mechanically
need adjustment, as four chambers are skipped in the firing sequence. Box is very good. NOTE: This Destructive Device is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479, National Firearms Act.
