9mm Submachine Gun and Silencer
Combo, Class III/NFA
-A) MAC M10 Submachine Gun, Class
III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 2-3005055, 9 mm cal., 6 inch
round bbl., matte gray phosphate finish, metal stock. One of the signature weapons of the 20th century, the
Ingram M10 (also known as the MAC-10) was sought out by military and paramilitary operators as a potent and
concealable close-quarters weapon, in addition to a multitude of appearances in film and television. This particular M10
is addressed to Powder Springs, Georgia. Fixed sights, threaded barrel for a silencer(see item “B”), safety switch on the lower right
of the receiver, selector lever on the left, and three-line address markings below the ejector port. With a swiveling nylon foregrip, black
plastic grip extension and a telescoping two-position wire buttstock. Included with the lot is a green plastic case, two extra magazines,
magazine pouch, and canvas pouch.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% of the original matte gray phosphate finish, showing mild wear and handling marks overall, and a few
areas of thinning finish. The grip extension is also excellent. The magazine well is a tight fit for the magazines, otherwise mechanically
excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
B) Military Armament Corp M10 Class III/NFA Silencer - Serial no. S2-2000728, 9 mm Para cal., matte black finish. The companion piece
to the M10 SMG, the M10 silencer uses a combination of a barrel extension ported to exhaust into a pair of expansion chambers and a
wipe module to mitigate sound. 11 1/2 inches overall, alloy construction, with a foam heat shield around the body.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus original black anodized finish, showing minor handing marks. The foam shielding shows a number of scuffs and tears, and the wipes have been shot out and disintegrated. NOTE:
This Silencer is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR
part 479, National Firearms Act.

BG Machine Registered Bolt in an IMI/Action Arms Uzi Host Gun, Class III/NFA -A) BG Machine Registered Bolt, Class III/NFA Fully
Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 236, 9 mm cal., matte black finish. Manufactured in Bardstown, Kentucky, this registered bolt is 5 7/8
inches long, with the BG Machine markings on the left side, serial number on the right side, and a slot through the right to accommodate a
semi-auto UZI restrictor block. It is currently installed in the host described in item “B” of this lot.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% plus original matte black finish, showing minor handling/cycling wear.
Mechanically in good order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable
Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part
479. B) IMI/Action Arms Uzi Model A Carbine, Host Gun - Serial no. SA06305,
9 mm cal., 10 1/4 inch round bbl., black finish, metal stock. Manufactured in Israel by I.M.I. and
imported by Action Arms of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a semi-automatic carbine, this Uzi Model A
currently hosts the registered automatic conversion bolt described in item “A” of this lot. Features winged post front and two-leaf
peep rear sights, with a safety ratchet top cover, “F S” marked trigger housing (full auto position unmarked from a single cut notch,
but functional), ribbed grip panels and an under-
folding steel buttstock. The restrictor block has
been partially ground/reshaped but is still present,
with the breech ring unaltered and a cut and crowned carbine-profile barrel installed. Included with the lot is an extra magazine, extra barrel
(carbine profile, uncut), and a blue canvas Action Arms soft case.
CONDITION: Very fine as refinished/upgraded to full automatic, with 95% factory quality black finish, showing a copper tone patina to the
barrel, areas of touched up paint on the sight protectors, scuffing/flaking on the buttstock and mild handling marks overall. The plastic panels
are excellent, with some minor scratches. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This item is a “host” for a NFA-registered conversion component, and
will not be separated from that component for sale or shipment. The serial numbered receiver of this item has not been permanently altered to
accept the conversion component, and is not called out by serial number on the paperwork for the conversion component.

Group Industries HR4332 Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun
with Accessories - Serial no. 102600, 9 mm cal., 10 inch round bbl., black finish, metal stock.
The HR4332 was part of the final generation of fully transferable American machine guns,
manufactured shortly before the Firearm Owners Protection Act (aka House
Resolution 4332) went into effect, making it among the last fully transferable
machine guns manufactured in the United States. The receiver is devoid of the barrel ring
and bolt block that would normally prevent installation of military configuration components, and
the item is fitted with a SMG-profile barrel, a smooth-sided bolt, receiver cover with ratcheting cocking handle, ribbed forearm
and grip panels, “A R S” selector group markings, “VECTOR ARMS, NSL, UT” on the left side of the receiver, tan canvas sling and an
underfolding buttstock. Included with the lot are 43 extra magazines, three magazine pouches, and cleaning tools.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus original matte black finish, showing minor wear and handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.
