Fleming/Heckler & Koch MP5 “Married” Sear/Host Combo, Class III/
NFA -A) Fleming Firearms Auto Sear, Class III/NFA Fully
Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. H0218, 9 mm cal.,
matte black finish. Sear is hand numbered and installed in a
numbered and addressed pin pattern trigger pack, which is
configured with an ambidextrous selector and
safe/semi/burst/full internals.
CONDITION: Excellent, with minor wear. Mechanically
in good order. NOTE: This weapon is a National
Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3,
which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under
the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR
part 479. Additionally, please note that per Field 4H of the transfer form, this sear
is “married” to the host in Item B, and is not to be removed.
B) Heckler & Koch/Fleming MP5 “Married Host”, with Weapon Light - Serial
no. 8618, 9 mm cal., 8 inch round bbl., matte black finish, metal stock. Originally
manufactured in 1986, this item has been modified by Fleming Firearms to act
as the “married host” to the registered sear Item A. Post front and drum rear
sights, with a birdcage flash hider on the “IF 1T” marked barrel, pin-pattern
receiver with functional paddle release, textured ambidextrous trigger housing
with pictographic full/burst/semi/safe markings, and two-position telescoping
buttstock. The forearm is a Surefire-style aftermarket model with integrated
weaponlight and a small extension to drop the light an inch lower below the
muzzle. Internally, the bolt carrier has a welded-up sear trip and an “IG” (1986)
dated bolt head. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded to selective fire and refinished, with 98% plus
factory quality black finish, showing minor handling marks on the metal and
furniture. The bulb housing of the weapon light shows some flash burns on top,
and no working battery is included; otherwise, the light appears to be in good
order. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This item is a “host” for a NFA-registered
conversion component, and will not be separated from that component for sale or
shipment. The serial numbered receiver of this item has been permanently altered
to accept the conversion component, and is called out by serial number on the
paperwork for the conversion component.
