Fleming/Heckler & Koch MP5K-N Sear/Host Combo, Class III/NFA
-A) Fleming Firearms Auto Sear, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable
Machine Gun - Serial no. H1088, 9 mm cal., bright finish. Sear is individually
marked, and installed in a shelf-pattern trigger housing configured for safe/semi/full
operation with a right handed selector switch.
CONDITION: Very fine, with minor wear. Appears to be in good order. NOTE: This
weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered
with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the
provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
B) Heckler & Koch “MP5K-N” Host Gun - Serial no. 21-13241, 9 mm cal., 6 inch
round bbl., matte black finish, synthetic stock. Originally manufactured in 1989, this
item has been modified to act as the host for the registered sear (item “A”). Hooded
post front and four-notch drum rear sights, with an Urbach-marked barrel fitted
with a threaded and triple-lugged muzzle, vertical foregrip, “IK” dated shelf pattern
receiver with functional paddle magazine release, “S/E/F” marked trigger housing,
and a side folding Choate Tool buttstock. Internally, the bolt carrier has a welded
sear trip, with an unmarked bolt head. Included with the lot are an extra magazine
and some small spare parts.
CONDITION: Very fine as assembled/upgraded, with 95% plus factory quality
black finish, showing minor wear and handling marks on the metal. Mechanically
excellent. Note: This item is a “host” for a NFA-registered conversion component,
and will not be separated from that component for sale or shipment. The serial
numbered receiver of this item has not been permanently altered to accept the
conversion component, and is called out by serial number on the paperwork for the
conversion component. Clients should thoroughly study all relevant local, state and
federal laws before attempting to separate the conversion component from the host.
