Excellent and Highly Attractive Brazilian Contract DWM Model 1908 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle with Matching Numbered Bayonet and Scabbard - Serial no.
1944b, 7 mm Mauser cal., 29 inch round bbl., blue/bright finish, highly figured walnut stock. This is an outstanding example of a Brazilian contract Model 1908 Mauser
pattern military rifle, as manufactured by DWM of Berlin, Germany c. 1908-1914. The top of the receiver ring has the large Brazilian crest, and the left side has the distinctive
“B” prefix serial number with the circled “B” proofmark. The receiver side wall has the two-line markings; “DEUSTCHE WAFFEN-UND MUNITIONSFABRIKEN.BERLIN.”, and the right side of the receiver is
marked “MOD 1908”. It has a blade front sight and tangent rear sight, the receiver and bolt assembly are correctly factory polished and left in the white, and some of the smaller parts are heat blued,
and the trigger guard, floor plate, and barrel bands are milled. Matching visible full and partial serial numbers on the rear sight ladder, receiver, bolt assembly, trigger housing, floorplate, and stock.
Includes a bayonet and scabbard, both marked with matching numbers to the rifle, and a leather sling. The consignor indicates the stock is factory presentation type tiger stripe walnut.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 97% original blue finish, with some minor muzzle wear. Stock is also excellent, with distinct edges, some minor handling marks, and crisp stamps. Mechanically excellent.
Bayonet and scabbard are very fine, with a few small patches of minor pitting on the blade, and some minor surface freckling.

no. M30160, 303 British cal., 25 inch round bbl., parkerized/black finish, walnut stock. Manufactured by B.S.A. Shirley in
1944. Features winged blade front and “SM” marked folding ladder peep rear (battle peep removed) sights, “M47C/1944/
M30150/TR” marked on the left of the
receiver socket, “S” marked on the right
side of the receiver, and a “M/47C” marked
safety. Matching visible serial numbers
on the bolt handle and bottom of the
magazine. Fitted with a smooth walnut
front handguard, ribbed walnut rear
handguard, “31/N/74” marked walnut
forend with matching serial number
stamped on the underside, and a “31/N/74”
walnut buttstock with Holland & Holland
“S51” conversion stamp on the underside,
screwed on hardwood cheek riser, and a
zinc buttplate. Topped off with a “1945”
dated A.K.& S. No. 32 Mk III telescopic
sight (serial number “No22461”) with a standard post-and-cross-hair reticle and thumb screw mount with a non-matching “G 35897” serial number stamped on the left side, along with matching “4410” and
“4420” assembly numbers on the rings. Includes a green painted hardwood transit case fitted for the rifle marked “CHEST S.A. No.15. Mk.1./RIFLE No.4 MK 1./(T. LESS TELESCOPE)” in white lettering, a green No. 8 Mk 2 web
telescope case with suspending arm strap, two leather lens covers, and a Kerr pattern “NO-BUCKL” web sling.
CONDITION: Very fine as factory converted into a No. 4 Mk I (T) sniper rifle, retaining 85% plus arsenal parkerized and black finishes with some scattered light edge wear, minor cycling wear, a few light areas of thinning on the
receiver, and some scattered light handling marks. The furniture is also very fine with a few minor compression marks, rich oil finish, and clear stampings. Mechanically excellent. The scope is fine with some brown patina on the
ocular bell, the brass objective cover and adjustment body cleaning bright with a slight aged patina, a mostly crisp reticle, and clear optics. The case is fine with clear painted stencil and some light chips to the paint on the edges.

World War II Walther “ac/45” K43 Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle with Scope - Serial
no. 7949a, 7.92 mm Mauser cal., 22 inch round bbl., phosphate finish, laminate stock. Hooded blade front
and tangent rear sights, with a rough cast and machined receiver marked “K43” and “ac/45” on the left side.
The bolt carrier is fitted with a reinforcing web, hollow cocking handle, and lacks provision for a bolt catch. Fitted
with a smooth pistol grip laminated stock, marked with a faint Waffenamt “eagle” on the underside, with a leather sling and a cupped trapdoor buttplate. The magazine is
marked “aye” and “G43”, with “94 41” electro-penciled on the left side. The “359” proofed sniper mount is numbered “6408”, with ZF4 scope “ddx” marked with a blue triangle, with a pair of original pigskin lens caps.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 80% of the original gray phosphate finish, showing surface pitting on the barrel and handling marks on the balance. The lightly sanded stock shows some openings in the grain, with stains and chipping
around the buttplate and mild handling marks overall. The scope shows extensive patches of surface pitting on the exterior and the optics are crisp with some dark spots around the exterior and solid crosshairs. Mechanically
excellent.
