Outstanding Pre-Ban Early 1964

AR-15 SP1 Semi-Automatic
Rifle, Serial Number
“SP00135”, with Bayonet
and Accessories - Serial no.
SP00135, 223 cal., 20 inch round bbl., black anodized/oxide finish, synthetic stock.
Manufactured in 1964, the second year of AR-15 SP1 rifle production at Colt with
an approximate serial number range of SP00101 to SP02500, with this example being the 35th rifle produced that year. Features standard markings on the slab-side lower
receiver, including the three-digit “SP00135” serial number on the left side, with a three-prong flash hider on the “M” marked barrel, elevation adjustable winged post front
sight on the “A” frame gas block with bayonet lug, windage adjustable two leaf rear peep sight on the fixed carry handle upper receiver with short deflector and without a
forward assist, unserrated bolt carrier with chrome plated firing pin and “M” marked bolt along with a flathead retainer pin, and a two-piece buffer. Fitted with a checkered
pistol grip, long vented triangular handguard, fixed buttstock with ribbed rubber buttpad, and magazine with “COLT AR-15” marked on the floorplate. Includes and Eickhorn
KCB-77 bayonet with scabbard, barrel-mounted bipod attachment with “US” marked green nylon pouch, a black canvas M1 pattern sling, an extra magazine with “COLT AR-15”
marked on the floorplate, a Colt manual, and cleaning tools.
CONDITION: Excellent plus, retaining 98% plus original black anodized and oxide finishes with limited minor handling marks. The furniture is also excellent with limited minor
handling evidence. Mechanically excellent. Overall an outstanding example of an early 1964 production Colt AR-15 SP1 rifle!

Excellent and Desirable Limited Edition Pre-Ban Russian Izhmach/
California Armory Tiger SVD Pattern Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle with PSO Scope,
Number “0260 OF 1000” - Serial no. 34133, 7.62x54 R cal., 21 inch round bbl., black finish, laminate stock. Manufactured in
1993 as one of a limited number of commercial Tiger rifles patterned off the SVD Dragunov, per the “1993” date on the right side of the receiver along with
an importer mark and “0260 OF 1000” on the left side. Matching visible serial numbers on the bolt carrier, bolt, and dust cover, along with matching “133”
partials on the gas block, safety, and trigger housing, Fitted with a pair of textured polymer handguards and thumb-hole pattern laminate stock. Topped
off with a PSO-1 M2 pattern 4x scope, featuring an integrated mount numbered to the rifle, with sun shade and a rubber eye piece. Includes a generic hard case, extra magazine, detachable stock cheek rest, web scope cover, web
sling, cleaning kit, and a metal cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Excellent retaining most of the original finish with a few scattered light handling marks and clear markings. The furniture is exceptionally fine with a few minor scuffs. Mechanically excellent. The scope is excellent with
clear optics, electronically untested.

LOT 1336
Ohio Ordnance Works Model 1919A4 Browning Belt Fed Semi-Automatic Firearm
with Tripod - Serial no. AC071, 308/7.62 cal., 24 inch round bbl., matte gray finish, metal
grips. Manufactured at an unknown date by Ohio Ordnance Works, using a new-made
semi-automatic only right sideplate and a combination of commercial and
military surplus components. Folding blade front and ladder rear sights, with
a ventilated heat shield on the barrel, Ohio Ordnance markings on the side
of the plate, and checkered pistol grip. Included with the lot is a field tripod,
pintle, T&E mechanism, modern wooden transport case, a length of canvas
ammo belt, and a pintle attachment for a MG42 machine gun (not compatible
with this item).
CONDITION: Very fine, with 85% of the matte gray finish, showing pitting on
the surplus components, scattered spotting, white paint on the underside of
the heat shield and receiver, traces of glue on the top cover, and mild scuffs
and dents overall. The grip is fine, with an absent retention clip for the T&E.
The tripod and T&E are in fine order. Mechanically excellent. Case is fair.
