Stunning Bottega C. Giovanelli Signed, Factory Engraved, and Gold Highlighted
Caesar Guerini 20 Gauge Revenant Over/Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 171122,
20 gauge, 30 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin/gold finish, walnut stock. Built with blued bifurcated
lump mono-block barrels featuring a single nickel bead sight on the matted flat solid rib,
standard factory markings, 2021 dated Italian proof marks on the flat, interchangeable chokes
(improved cylinder/cylinder installed), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors.
The barrels are fitted to the gorgeous coin finished side-plated round body action which
displays highly attractive near full coverage leafy engraving with gold highlighted leaves and
intertwining branches over a darkened background surrounding “CAESAR/GUERINI” on either
side, “REVENANT” on the underside, and two game scenes. The scenes consist of a nide of
pheasants on the left with a gold cock taking flight and a covey of quail on the right with a
gold quail cock taking flight. The engraving is signed “Bottega C. Giovanelli” for the famous
firm that carried out the engraving, which was designed by Master Engraver Dario Cortini,
also of the firm. The gun features a single gold trigger and a tang mounted manual
safety. The gun is fitted with a beautiful highly figured and
multi-point checkered English style forend with matching
engraved iron and a semi-pistol grip stock with checkered
wood buttplate. Includes a factory takedown case as well as
3 extra choke tubes (improved modified, modified, and full).

from the breech .626/.627 inches; minimum wall thickness .024/.027
inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 15 inch length of pull;
cast-off; weight 6 lbs. 15 oz.
CONDITION: As new, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with limited minor
handling evidence and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine.
