Shotgun Manufacturing Co. 28 Gauge RBL Double
Barrel Shotgun with Case - Serial no.
RBL003584, 28 gauge, 28 inch solid
rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Introduced
in 2010. Built with blued steel barrels featuring a single
brass bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib showing a
flourish of scroll engraving, wedges of scroll engraving at either breech, standard barrel markings,
chokes marked improved cylinder/modified, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. The barrels
are fitted to a casehardened boxlock action which displays extensive scroll engraving surrounding
a setter on the left, a pointer on the right, and “RBL-28” marked on the underside along with a
grouse in flight. The gun features gold double triggers, double rolled trigger guard, and tang mounted automatic safety. The gun is mounted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered
semi-beavertail forend with engraved fittings and a straight hand stock with a serrated black buttplate. Includes a takedown case containing a pair of nickel snap caps, nickel oiler, and a set of cleaning tools. Barrel and stock
measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both .550 inches; choke constriction .005/.010 inches; minimum wall thickness .026/.029 inches; 1 9/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at heel; 14 7/16 inch length
of pull; weight 5 lbs. 11 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and casehardened finishes, minor handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. The case is also excellent.

Factory Engraved Winchester 20 Gauge DHE Grade Parker Reproduction Double
Barrel Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 20-00964, 20 gauge, 26 inch solid rib bbl., blue/
casehardened finish, walnut stock. About 12,000 manufactured between 1983 and 1989
as a faithful reproduction of the beloved Parker shotgun. Built with a single brass bead
sight on the matted concave solid rib, chokes marked “IMP.CYL”/”MOD”, and 2 3/4 inch
chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the casehardened size “0”
action which displays DH grade engraving of hunting dogs on either side and a nide of
pheasants on the underside along with “PARKER”. The gun features double triggers and
an automatic tang mounted safety. The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend
with engraved iron as well as a straight hand stock with carved flats, blank gold inscription oval, and engraved skeleton buttplate around checkered butt. Includes the original leather takedown case with nickel oiler and snap caps.

Factory Game Scene Engraved Winchester Model 23 Pigeon Grade XTR “Lightweight” Double Barrel
Shotgun with Case - Serial no. PWK008706E, 12 gauge, 25 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin
finish, walnut stock. Manufactured c. 1978-1988. Features dual white bead sights on the
matted vent rib, on top of the blued barrels with fixed chokes (improved cylinder/modified), 3 inch chambers, the
standard factory marking on the left barrel, a coined boxlock action, jeweled water table, a single blued trigger,
tang mounted safety switch, and automatic ejectors. The action displays factory engraved game scenes on either
side, with a pair of pheasants in flight on the right and a pair of quail in flight on the left, bordered with floral
pattern bordering, along with a panel scene on the underside of a pigeon in flight surrounded by intricate floral
pattern scroll engraving, which is continued on the coin finished trigger guard and top lever. Fitted with a multi-
point checkered beavertail walnut forearm with coined and floral engraved fittings, along with a checkered straight grip walnut stock with a red rubberized factory recoil pad. Includes a Winchester takedown case fitted
for the shotgun. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb, 2 7/16 inch drop at heel, and 14 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 1 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 98% plus original blue and 97% plus original coin finishes with some limited minor edge wear, some limited thinning on the barrels, a few scattered minor specs of freckling on the action and
forearm fittings, along with crisp engravings. The wood is also excellent with some limited minor handling evidence, some age wear on the butt pad, mostly crisp checkering, and appealing grain. Mechanically excellent. The case is
exceptionally fine.
