Factory Merlin Enright Signed, Master Relief Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Browning Citori 725
Exhibition Grade Over/Under Shotgun with Box - Serial no. BRJP08137YZ131, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl.,
blue/gold finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 2021. Built with blued steel Special Steel
barrels featuring dual white bead sights on the matted vent rib, standard factory markings,
Invector DS choke system (full/modified installed), and 3 inch chambers with automatic
ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the blued action which displays highly attractive deep
relief scroll engraving surrounding a trio of relief gold inlaid game scenes depicting a pair
of flushing pheasant cocks on the left, a strutting pheasant cock on the underside, and a
pair of flushed grouse on the right, all cut in fine detail. The engraving is signed “MLE” on
the rear of the forend iron for Master Engraver Merlin Enright of Altamont Co., who is also
the mastermind behind other such great works of relief engraving including the Talo Distributors Iwo Jima one of 300 commemorative Colt 1911,
the Smith & Wesson 629-6 “Rising Eagle”, and the Colt Python “Royal Snake Scale”. The gun is fitted with a gorgeous highly figured and multi-point
checkered English style forend with matching engraved iron and pistol grip stock with an Inflex recoil pad. Included is the original factory box and
an extra improved cylinder choke. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .738/.739 inches; choke constriction inches;
minimum wall thickness .034/.033 inches; 1 11/16 inch drop at comb; 2 5/8 inch drop at heel; 14 3/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 5 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and gold finishes with minimal handling evidence and sharp checkering on the wood. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good.

Inlaid Belgian Browning 20 Gauge Midas Grade Lightning Superposed
Shotgun - Serial no. 59054V70, 20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch
vent rib bbl., blue/gold finish, walnut stock. Manufactured
1970. Built with blued steel barrels featuring a single
white bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard
markings, wedges scroll engraving at the breech, 2 3/4
inch chambers with automatic ejectors, and “**-”/”**”
(improved cylinder/modified) chokes. The barrel is fitted
to the blued action which displays full coverage scroll engraving on punchdot background surrounding game bird
scenes showing a trio of quail on the left, four partridges on the right, and a grouse on the underside. The birds
are rendered in fine semi-relief gold inlay with gold inlaid borders around the scenes on the sides of the action.
The engraving is signed “A.BEE” on both sides of the action at the low rear for renowned, then FN factory, engraver
Angelo Bee. The trigger guard and tangs are engraved with matching scroll and checker board patterns, with a blank
initial shield at the center of the guard. The gun is fitted with a highly figured, Midas Grade pattern multi-point checkered
forend with engraved iron and a long tang pistol grip stock with stylized “W/” marked in the gold inscription oval and Browning buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements: bore
diameter nine inches from the breech .621/.620 inches; choke constriction .003/.005 inches; minimum wall thickness ..040/.039 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop
at heel; 14 3/16 inch length of pull; weight 5 lbs. 15 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and gold finishes with minor handling evidence. There is a small crack at the left side of the forend; otherwise, the wood is
excellent with sharp checkering. Upper firing pin stuck in the forward position, otherwise mechanically functions.
