and Factory Letter - Serial no. 04437NF, 45 LC cal., 7 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut
stock, walnut grips. The included factory letter lists this revolver with a 7 1/2 inch barrel chambered in .45 Colt, blue finish, type of stocks not listed and class “D” engraving when shipped to Cherrys Sporting Goods in Geneseo, Illinois on September 24, 1979. The left side of the grip frame is marked “COLT ENG.” Included with the revolver is a Colt Custom Shop case. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with minimal handling marks and crisp engraving. Mechanically excellent. Case is very good with storage and handling marks and a tear in the interior of the hinge. Estimate: 6,000 - 9,000

Cased Factory Engraved Colt Third Generation Single Action Army Revolver with Carved Grips - Serial no. 90073SA, 45 LC cal., 7 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, carved grips. Manufactured in 1977. This revolver features class “D” engraving consisting of floral scroll on nearly all metal surfaces including the unfluted cylinder and “COLT ENG” on the grip frame. Fitted to the revolver is a pair of floral scroll carved grips with a stippled background. Includes a Colt Custom Shop case.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and casehardened finishes with limited handling marks and a faint partial cylinder drag line, and some typical hairline age lines on the grips. Mechanically excellent. Case is fine with some storage and handling marks. Estimate: 6,500 - 8,500
