LOT 3368 Unique and Desirable Jonathan Arthur Ciener Ultimate Over/Under Short Barrel Shotgun Class III/NFA - Serial no. S585129V, 12 cal., 12 1/2 inch round bbl., matte gray finish, synthetic stock. This is a short barrel shotgun, named the Ultimate Over/Under, manufactured in very limited numbers by Jonathan Arthur Ciener out of Cape Canaveral, Florida using a Remington Wingmaster 870 as the basis. This platform is designed for use underneath the barrel of AR-15/M16 rifles, specifically the M16A2 variation, affixing itself to the bayonet lug and either side of an elongated front receiver pin (not included). It is similar in function and concept to the Knight’s Armament Company Masterkey, and was developed in 1989 as a competitor to it in an attempt to gain U.S. military interest. The main purpose in mind was for use in door breaching, utilizing the power of the shotgun to punch a door knob out, and eliminating the need for soldiers to carry an extra standard shotgun along with their standard issue rifle. Because the shotgun has no grip behind the trigger, when firing, the main rifle’s magazine functions as a makeshift pistol grip. It is said these may have seen limited use with the Delta Force in Somalia. This is the ultimate rare item, and a must have, for any serious AR-15/M16 or modern U.S. Military collector! CONDITION: Very fine, retains 95% applied matte gray finish with some light handling marks, and a dried sticker with some residue on the right of the receiver. The bright bolt has some very light pitting on the right. Forend is also excellent with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478. Provenance: The Al Walker Collection. Estimate: 2,500 - 5,000

SilencerCo Maxim 9 Pistol/Silencer Combination -A) SilencerCo Maxim 9 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Box - Serial no. M9-1949, 9 mm cal., 4 inch round bbl., black finish, plastic grips. Developed around 2016, the Maxim 9 pistol and the Maxim 9S silencer were designed from the very beginning as an integrated system, and it stands as the only such unified system on the market. The heart of the design is a delayed blowback semi-automatic mechanism with the recoil assembly integrated into a bolt carrier/slide, and a variable volume baffle array which doubles as a mounting point for pistol-sized optics devices. The baffles in turn are staged downward relative to the bore in a style reminiscent of the original 1900s vintage Maxim Silencer, providing a high expansion volume without requiring higher profile sights, with a set of three Keymod slots on the underside. The grip assembly is configured to accept Glock pattern magazines, with a textured surface, reversible magazine catch and ambidextrous slide release. The factory box is numbered to match both the pistol frame and the integral silencer base, and contains an extra magazine, tools, a section of Keymod-compatible picatinny rail, and the manual.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% of the original matte black finish, showing some tool marks on the optics mount cover plate and other minor handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent. B) Maxim 9S Silencer, Class III/NFA Silencer - Serial no. MX9-1899, 9 mm. Measures about 6 inches long, 2 3/4 inches tall and 1 3/8 inches wide. CONDITION: As described in A. NOTE: This Silencer is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478. Due to the construction of the Maxim 9/9S, we cannot separate the pistol and silencer for shipping or transfer.
