LOT 3514 Rare Weatherby Mark V Silhouette Bolt Action Pistol with Case - Serial no. M00194, 22-250 cal., 15 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Only 50 of these pistols were produced in .22-250 and released to the market. Globe front sight, Williams adjustable receiver peep sight, and the top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Mark V action with fluted bolt. Nicely figured thumb hole pistol grip with rosewood forend tip and grip cap with diamond insert. Includes a leather wrapped hard case and extra front sight inserts. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with limited storage and handling marks. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500 LOT 3515 Weatherby Mark V 40th Anniversary Bolt Action Rifle with Case - Serial no. 40-147, 7 mm WBY magnum cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1985 as one of only 200 rifles to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Weatherby company. The sightless barrel is marked “USE ONLY/ WEATHERBY/7mm W.M.” on the left of the chamber. Only 35 of the 200 rifles were chambered in 7mm Weatherby Magnum. The receiver has all of the standard Mark V markings with “40th YEAR COMMEMORATIVE” on the floorplate with intertwining lines. Mounted in a nicely figured pistol grip walnut stock with laser carved floral decorations, rosewood nose cap and pistol grip cap with maple diamond insert, a brass plate on the right side of the butt reading “Weatherby/40TH/ANNIVERSARY/1945-1985/1 OF 200”, and brown ventilated Weatherby recoil pad. Includes a red leather carry case. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with very minimal handling marks, protective coating remaining on the bolt handle. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with a few minor storage and handling marks. Estimate: 3,000 - 5,000 LOT 3516 Weatherby Custom Mark V Bolt Action Rifle in .460 Weatherby Magnum with Box - Serial no. SB076577, 460 WBY magnum cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 1994 and 2005. Standard markings including the “WEATHERBY CUSTOM” floorplate, threaded muzzle, and barrel without sights. Includes original box. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with minimal handling marks, and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is very fine with limited storage and handling marks. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000 LOT 3517 Factory Engraved and Gold and Silver inlaid Weatherby Mark V Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. PB005884, 300 WBY magnum cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 2004 and 2012, the barrel features a gold and silver band at the muzzle and chamber with “USE ONLY/300 WBY MAG” on the left of the chamber. The receiver features floral scroll engraving on a blacked background and gold inlaid wire outlines. The floorplate matches the receiver with the addition of a gold inlaid buck scene. Mounted in a magnificently contrasted and nicely figured, multipoint checkered walnut pistol grip stock with rosewood nose cap and grip cap, Monte Carlo comb and cheekpiece, and Decelerator recoil pad. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, crisp stock checkering, and crisp engraving. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,000 - 3,500 LOT 3518 Weatherby Mark V Custom Bolt Action Rifle with Scope - Serial no. P51223, 378 WBY magnum cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 1964 and 1973 in West Germany. Features a sightless barrel marked “Made in W. Germany” and “Weatherby/.378 WM” on the right and left respectively. Receiver features the standard makers markings and is topped off with a Weatherby Variable 2-7x scope. Mounted in a finely figured multipoint checkered walnut pistol grip stock with rosewood nose cap and grip cap with white diamond inlay, brass diamond shaped plaque with the initials “A/A/B” underneath the forend, “WEATHERBY CUSTOM” floorplate, Swiss cheekpiece, and ventilated brown Weatherby recoil pad. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Stock is very fine with some minor dings and scratches and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Manufactured between 1964 and 1973 in West Germany. Features a sightless barrel marked “Made in W. Germany” and “Weatherby/.340 MAGNUM” on the right and left respectively. Receiver features the standard makers markings and is topped off with a Weatherby Variable 2 3/4-10x scope. Mounted in a finely figured multipoint checkered walnut pistol grip stock with rosewood nose cap and grip cap with white diamond inlay, brass diamond shaped plaque with the initials “A/A/B” underneath the forend, “WEATHERBY CUSTOM” floorplate, Swiss cheekpiece, and ventilated brown Weatherby recoil pad. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Stock is very fine with a series of scratches above the trigger (left side), and crisp checkering.
