Excellent Colt Etched Panel New Line .38 Spur Trigger Revolver - Serial no. 4554, 38 CF cal., 2 1/4 inch round bbl., nickel finish, rosewood grips. Manufactured in 1875, the barrel is marked with the standard two-line address on top and “COLT NEW 38” in an etched panel on the left. The full serial number is on the bottom of the barrel, “554” on the rear face of the cylinder, and the left of the frame is marked “38 CAL”. The grips could not be removed at time of writing. It has standard features and is fitted with a pair of smooth rosewood grips.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% plus of the original nickel finish
and 75% of the original nitre blue with a few scattered patches of light
flaking on the cylinder showing a smooth grey patina. The grips are also
excellent with some scattered light handling marks and retaining almost
all of the varnish. Mechanically excellent.

Exceptional Colt New Line .30 Etched Panel Pocket Revolver with Rare 1 3/4 Inch Barrel - Serial no. 5627, 30 RF cal., 1 3/4 inch round bbl., nickel finish, rosewood grips. Manufactured in 1875, the top of the barrel marked with the standard two-line Colt address flanked by Maltese crosses and
the desirable “COLT NEW 30” etched panel on the left. The upper right rear of the frame has the caliber marking. The full serial number is on the butt, bottom of the barrel, rear face of the cylinder, and faintly inside the right grip. It is fitted with smooth rosewood grips. Includes a plain modern box with label matching the gun.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 98% plus of the original nickel finish and 90% plus of the original nitre blue with a few patches of light flaking, mostly
on the leading edge of the cylinder. The grips are also excellent with a
few scattered light handling marks and retaining almost all of the varnish. Mechanically excellent.

Colt Etched Panel New Line .41 Spur Trigger Revolver with Rare 4 Inch Barrel - Serial no. 7550, 41 CF cal., 4 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1877, the standard two-line address on top of the barrel, desirable “COLT NEW 41” etched panel on the left, and patent date on the bottom. The
left of the frame is marked “41CAL C”. The full serial number is on the left of the grip frame and bottom of the barrel, and the partial serial number “550” is on the rear face of the cylinder. It is fitted with smooth walnut grips. Includes a plain modern box labeled to match the gun.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 60% plus of the original blue finish and 70% of the vibrant original case colors with the balance having thinned to mostly a smooth grey or brown patina. The grips are very fine with some scattered light handling marks and retaining almost all of the varnish. Mechanically excellent.
