a later creation but would have made quite a defensive weapon. Many examples have all of the barrels firing at angles, but with one like this, you could take aim at the ringleader and hopefully have the other barrels pointing in the direction of their cronies.

ved Combination Flintlock Pistol and Pocket Knife - NSN, 32 cal.,
1 7/8 inch round bbl., bright finish, horn grips. The overall length of this interesting combination english pocket knife and pistol is just 6 5/8 inches with the blade closed. The blade is 5 inches long and has a “crown/7” on the left. The knife has two-piece stag-horn or bone scales and an iron cross style washer. The pistol has scroll engraving, false rifling, “crown/7” and “crown/V” marks at the breech followed by a “crown/V” mark, and backward curled trigger. CONDITION: Very good with silver-gray patina, crisp engraving, mild pitting, and general mild age and storage related wear. Mechanically fine.

Engraved and Silver Wire Inlaid Andrews Manually Rotated Flintlock Pepperbox Revolver - NSN, 32 cal., 2 inch round bbl., bright finish, walnut grips. This seven-shot pistol has a manually rotated barrel group with the barrels numbered at the breech and immitation Birmingham proofs. In the “1” position there are two vent holes for the first and central barrels. The floral and scroll engraved action is marked “ANDREWS” on the left and “LONDON” on the right. The grip has silver wire scroll and shell patterns. CONDITION: Fine with aged patina on the brass, mottled gray and brown patina and some mild oxidation on the iron components, distinct markings and engraving, and minor wear. The grip is very fine and has minimal handling and storage marks. Mechanically fine. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000

H. Nock Marked Four Barrel Boxlock “Duck’s Foot” Flintlock Pistol - NSN, 45 cal., 1 5/8 inch round bbl., blue/bright finish, walnut grips. Henry Nock was famous as the manufacturer of the volley guns designed by James Wilson. Several of the few surviving multi-barrel “duck foot” pistols are also marked “H. NOCK” and “LONDON”. It has four barrels numbered “0-3” at the breech with floral borders and false rifling at the muzzles and immitation proof marks at the breech on the bottom. The brass action has flags and a sliding safety. The grip has a silver escutcheon inscribed “F.” CONDITION: Very good with traces of period refinished blue finish and otherwise dark gray patina and some mild pitting on the barrels, aged patina on the brass and silver, and mild overall wear. The grip is also fine and has some dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.

Finely Engraved W. Barker Five-Barrel Duckfoot Boxlock Flintlock Pistol with Snap Bayonet - NSN, 42 cal., 6 3/4 and 2 3/4

barrels. The shorter barrels are numbered 1-4 at the breech. The longer
barrel is not numbered and is fitted with a snap bayonet. The bayonet release runs along the right side and can only
