Framed “Dead Shot” American Powder Mills Advertisement - American Powder Mills advertisement lithograph depicting a shot duck falling to the water below. In the background is a hunter in a canoe with his shotgun pointed to the skies, the likely culprit of this duck’s demise. The poster reads “”DEAD SHOT”” above the duck and “AMERICAN POWDER MILLS/BOSTON, CHICAGO, ST. LOUIS” below. This advertisement is pictured on page 22 of “A Life’s Tapestry of a Collector: The Gamble Collection” by George F. Gamble and R.L. Wilson. Mounted in a wooden frame with “GUNPOWDER” carved at the bottom. Frame measures 28 inches x 24 1/4 inches.
CONDITION: Fine overall with limited handling marks. There are some small spots of discoloration at the top of the print. Colors remain sharp. Frame is very good with faint, but legible mark on bottom.

CONDITION: Very good with storage and handling marks, tape repairs, a few tears on the left side, and some creasing. Colors remain vivid.
