Egyptian Contract FN-49 Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle with Rare Matching Scope - Serial no. 34213, 7.92 mm Mauser cal., 23 inch round bbl., black finish, hardwood stock. Manufactured in Belgium on contract for Egypt, this rifle bears the FN address, serial numbers in both Arabic and Farsi numerals, and the crest of King Farouk on the receiver ring. A scope base is installed on the left side of the receiver, with the lower section marked “O.I.P.-1955/BELGIQUE”. and bearing an Egyptian crest over “878” in Farsi, the ring assembly marked with Echo/B.C. Herkner markings, and the scope marked “Meopta” and numbered in Farsi to match the rifle. The rifle also has the standard battle sights, a muzzle brake, and bayonet lug. It is mounted with a walnut pistol grip stock fitted with an additional cheek piece for proper eye alignment, stock disk, and a brass buttplate. Numbers match on the frame, top cover, bolt carrier, bolt and stock. It is estimated that only about 1,000 of these rifles were manufactured, and estimates regarding the number to make it to the United States are in the low double digits. CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% of the original black finish, showing minor scratches and handling marks. The wood is in equal condition, showing a few dents and scuffs overall. Optics are clear, with minor wear on the exterior. The left windage screw for the rear sight is absent, but overall the rifle is mechanically excellent. Estimate: 5,500 - 7,500
         Exceptional World War II Walther “ac 44” Code G43 Semi-Automatic Rifle with Manual and Accessories - Serial no. 102K, 7.92 mm Mauser cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue/phosphate finish, laminate stock. Hooded blade front and tangent rear sights, with the “G.43” model marking, serial number, and “ac 44” Walther code on the left side of the cast receiver, which is fitted with an integral scope rail on the right side. A matching serial number is present on the bolt carrier, with the manual catch on the right side and the solid cocking knob on the left, fitted with an “aye” code “G43” marked magazine, and the smooth laminated pistol grip stock is also numbered to match on the underside. Includes period leather
sling, extra “aye” code “G43” marked magazine, a period K43 sniper manual, and a few extra small parts. CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus original combination blue/phosphate finish with a few areas of scattered light freckling. Magazine retains 95% original black painted finish. French MAS Model 1949-56 Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle with Scope and Accessories - Serial no. H41917, 7.5 mm French cal., 19 1/2 inch round bbl., matte gray finish, hardwood stock. Adjustable post front and tangent peep rear sights, with a flip-up grenade sight on the front band and sliding range collar on the barrel. The model marking and “CAI” import mark are on the left side of the receiver, along with an “APX/L.806” scope. Fitted with a smooth pistol grip stock. Included with the rifle is a brown leather sling, two extra magazines, and cleaning tools. CONDITION: Excellent, with 97% plus original matte gray phosphate finish, showing mild handling marks and edge wear overall. The recoil pad is tearing on the lower right side, otherwise the stock is excellent. Optics are crisp, with minimal wear on the scope body. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,750
     Exceptional Imperial German Spandau Arsenal Model 71/84 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. 6877, 11 mm Mauser cal., 31 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/bright finish, walnut stock. An evolution of the single shot Mauser 1871 infantry rifle, the 71/84 integrates an under-barrel tube magazine, and represents an important developmental step towards the Gewehr 98 rifle. Blade and three-leaf folding ladder sights, with the barrel marked “crown/F.W.”, “crown/SPANDAU” and with gothic military crown proofs on the chamber flats, and the receiver marked “I.G. Mod. 71/84.” on the left and “1887.” on the right. All visible serial numbers are matching. Smooth straight grip stock with sling swivels, gothic military crown stampings on the buttstock and a flat buttplate regimentally marked “K.A.R./E.3.27” on top. White painted “JF/339” collection inventory number on bottom of the trigger guard. CONDITION: Excellent plus, retains 98% original blue finish on the barrel, barrel bands and trigger guard, with the in-the-white components retaining their attractive original bright surfaces with a very light patch of pitting on the receiver tang and some light pitting on the top of the buttplate from storage, and sharp markings and edges in the metal overall. Stock is also excellent with distinct edges, a few light handling marks, and crisp stampings. Mechanically excellent. This exceptional Imperial German Spandau Mauser Model 71/84 rifle would be near impossible to improve upon! Estimate: 1,400 - 2,250

Exceptional Argentine Contract DWM Model 1909 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. E6028, 7.65 cal., 29 inch round bbl., blue/bright finish, walnut stock. Argentine crest marked on the receiver ring, inverted “V” blade front sight and tangent rear sight marked with a naval anchor. Matching serial numbers visible on the receiver, cleaning rod, stock, bolt, and trigger housing. Pistol grip stock with sling swivels, correct Argentine stamps, and flat steel buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent, retains 98% original blue finish with some light finish wear around the muzzle, and exhibits its original bright surfaces on the
receiver and bolt with some light freckling on the bolt knob. Stock is also excellent with distinct edges, a few light scuffs on the buttstock, some minor dents, and exceptionally crisp stampings. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,000 - 1,500
