Ruger AC-556 Selective
Fire Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully
Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 191-09862,
223 cal., 13 inch round bbl., stainless finish, metal stock. Marketed to law enforcement and foreign military
clients, the AC-556 family of weapons is the Mini-14 223 caliber rifle configured as a factory original selective
fire machine gun. Fitted with a birdcage flash hider, blade and adjustable peep sights. The selector switch is
positioned on the right rear of the receiver, with positions for semi-automatic, three round burst, and fully
automatic. Smooth hardwood stock, with vented synthetic upper cover, checkered pistol grip and folding
metal buttstock. Included with the lot are five extra magazines and an ATI stock.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, showing some light cycling wear and handling marks overall. The wood section of
the otherwise excellent stock shows some mild dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Hard Times Armory/Valmet
M76 Selective Fire Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial
no. 157285, 223 Rem cal., 16 inch round bbl., matte gray finish, hardwood stock. Manufactured in Finland and imported as semi-automatic rifle, later converted to fully automatic by Hard Times Armory of Smyrna, Georgia, this is a fine specimen of Finland’s home grown descendant of the world famous Kalashnikov family of firearms. Post front and sliding notch rear sights, with a flip-up high visibility front dot, three-prong flash hider and bayonet lug, checkered forearm and pistol grip, and a hardwood buttstock. The receiver has been modified to restore the original bottom position on the selector switch for semi-automatic fire and the mid position for full-automatic, with the “third pin” added to support the auto sear and the Hard Times address added with electric pencil to the underside of the receiver, near the import mark. A matching number is present on the rear sight base, with the other components are unnumbered.
CONDITION: Excellent as upgraded to full auto, with 97% plus matte gray phosphate finish, showing light scratches and handling marks on both the metal and the furniture. Mechanically excellent.
