Engraved Winchester 20 Gauge Model 21 Double Barrel Shotgun with Case and Factory Letter - Serial no. W32636, 20 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue finish, highly figured walnut stock. Blued Winchester Proof Steel marked barrels with a dual white bead sights on the matted vent rib which is marked “CUSTOM BUILT BY WINCHESTER”
      with the original owner’s name professionally removed, standard barrel markings, chokes marked “MOD”/”FULL”, and 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The blued boxlock action displays upgraded 21-1 pattern floral scroll engraving in multiple wedges and patches across all sides and continuing on top the toplever, upper tang, and the triggerguard. The gun features a single selective gold trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered beavertail forend with engraved fittings and ebony tip insert, and pistol grip stock with exceptional feather crotch figure, blued steel grip cap, and a leather wrapped recoil pad. The included factory letter lists the current gauge, barrel length, chokes, chambers, vent rib, beavertail forend, and pistol grip when the inspection was completed on March 9th, 1970, for a Phillip Hull. Also includes a
wood and leather takedown case with Winchester label, nickel oiler, cleaning tools, and two nickel snap caps. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .619/.619 inches; choke constriction .005/.008 inches; minimum wall thickness .025/.023 inches; 1 13/16 inch drop at comb; 1 15/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 13 oz. CONDITION: Very fine as custom embellished to its current configuration, retaining 98% factory blue finish with minor handling evidence on the metal. The wood is very good with some chipping along the edges, a few light marks, added recoil pad, and overall sharp checkering. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 7,500 - 11,000

Jeff Flannery Signed, Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Winchester Model 12 Slide Action Shotgun - Serial no. 1069062, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/gold finish, walnut stock. Originally manufactured in 1946 and subsequently custom embellished by the hand of Jeff Flannery, who has signed his work “J. Flannery Eng.” above the ejection port. Blued Winchester Proof steel barrel with a single white bead sight on the matted Simmons vent rib, standard Winchester markings, 3 inch wedges of attractive broad scroll on either side of the rib at the breech, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and choke marked modified. The receiver displays fantastic broad leafy scroll engraving over a punchdot background surrounding a gold inlaid mallard in flight surrounded by a gold circle on either side with gold wire borders running around the engraving
and the serial number. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered slide handle and pistol grip stock with blued engraved and gold inlaid grip cap
and Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Stock measurements: 1 5/8 inch drop at comb; 2 9/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs.
CONDITION: Very fine as custom upgraded/embellished, retaining 99% custom blue finish, minor handling evidence, a few light dings at the stock toe, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500
LOT 1546 Winchester Model 42 Slide Action Skeet Shotgun - Serial no. 69956, 410 gauge, 26 inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, highly figured checkered walnut stock. Manufactured in 1948. Single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard Winchester markings, 3 inch chamber with the 2 1/2 inch chamber marking struck out, and skeet choke. The receiver is unadorned aside from the Winchester “WP” proof and the serial number on the underside. Nicely figured, checkered forend and pistol grip stock with blued steel grip cap and Winchester buttplate. Length of pull 14 inches. Weight 6 lbs. 1 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% professionally restored blue finish with minor handling evidence. The wood is very fine with a few light marks, varnish lose, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 3,750
