Exceptional Pre-Occupation 1938
Dated Polish Eagle Radom Vis 35 Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 10190, 9 mm
para cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish,
plastic grips. Manufactured before the
German invasion of Poland, with the early style markings and features.
The left side of the slide is marked “F.B. RADOM/1938r”, “Polish Eagle”, “VIS-
wz. 35/pat. Nr. 15567”, and both sides of the trigger guard bow are marked
with various Polish proof marks. The right side of the frame is marked “10190” and the
inside of the slide is numbered to match. The barrel is also matching with “0190” on the rear lug face. Fitted with a set of correct checkered black plastic grips with “VIS” and “FB” on the right and left respectively. The back strap is slotted for a shoulder stock.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus of the original blue finish with the balance having thinned to mostly a smooth grey patina, in the form of light holster/handling wear. The grips are very fine with some scattered light handling marks and otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Unique Police Rework German DWM
Model 1908 Commercial Luger Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Matching Numbered Magazine - Serial
no. 60821, 9 mm Luger cal., 4 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. This is a unique example of a pre-World War I DWM Model 1908
Commercial Luger that was subsequently upgraded by the German
police adding a magazine safety and a sear safety above the sideplate.
Manufactured between 1908-1913, these 1908 models were the first true standard
production military and commercial Lugers that were used throughout both world wars. The
chamber area is blank, and the front toggle has the DWM logo. Commercial “crown/N” proof
stamp located on the underside of the barrel, left of the barrel extension, and again on the left
side of the breech block and toggle. It has the commercial serial number stamping with the full
five digit serial number stamped on the front of the frame and underside of the barrel and the last
two digits stamped on the various small parts. These early commercial Lugers exhibit a high polish,
rust blued finish with straw colored smaller parts and checkered walnut grips. It is fitted with a police replacement magazine with a nickel plated magazine body with matching numbered wooden base. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine as police reworked, retains 95% original blue finish with some small areas of loss around the muzzle and on the sideplate, some patches
of minor freckling and otherwise crisp edges and
lettering in the metal overall. 85% straw colors visible
on the small parts. Grips are excellent with minimal
handling evidence. Mechanically excellent.

World War II Walther “ac45” Code P.38
Pistol with Scarce Factory Box and
Accessories - Serial no. 2105, 9 mm Luger
cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips.
Blade and notch sights, with “P.38 2015 ac 45”
on the left side of the slide, “eagle/swastika”
and “eagle/359” proofs on appropriate parts,
and matching serial numbers on the slide,
frame, barrel and locking block. Fitted with a
pair of red tinted ribbed grips. Included with
the pistol is a tan box with the Walther banner,
“P.38” and an image of the pistol embossed on
the lid, containing a soft cloth, bore rod, and a
Walther banner tin with cleaning accessories.
While not documented, a number of military
production pistols were seconded to the
commercial market due to minor issues during
production, most were procured by U.S. GIs during postwar occupation of Germany.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% of the original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear and minor handling marks overall, as well as a gray patina on the frontstrap. The grips are very good, with some light scratches. The box is fine, with some wear, stains, and slight tearing at the edges. Mechanically excellent.

Excellent World War II German Occupation Fabrique Nationale High-Power Semi-Automatic Pistol
with Holster - Serial no. 125362, 9 mm para cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue
finish, walnut grips. Matching numbers are on the barrel, slide, and frame, as well as a set of “eagle/swastika” and “eagle/WaA103” Waffenamt proofs on the frame and slide.
It is fitted with a blade front sight, tangent rear sight graduated from 50-500, a smooth back strap, and a pair of checkered grips. The magazine has an “eagle/WaA140” proof. Includes a “cgn/42” leather holster and an extra magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus of
the original blue finish with some light edge/
holster type wear and a few scattered light
handling marks. The grips are also excellent with
a few scattered light handling marks and crisp
checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is
fine with some mild wear.

Mauser “S/42” Code 1938 Date
Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with
Holster, Matching Magazine and
Extra Magazine - Serial no. 7439b,
9 mm Luger cal., 4 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, walnut grips. Dated 1938
on the chamber, with the “S/42” code
on the toggle. “Eagle/63” and “droop
wing eagle” proofs on the right side of
the barrel extension and on the barrel,
with the firing proof on the left side of
the breechblock, and “GESICHERT” and
“GELADEN” on the upper safety area and
extractor, respectively. Finish is full blue,
with a pair of checkered grips and two
blued magazines with alloy bases. One of
the magazines is numbered to match, the
other mixed, with other components matching
overall. Included with the lot is a black leather
flap holster with a faint Genschow maker’s mark
and “1938” date, and a takedown tool.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing bright edge wear and cycling marks, light spotting on the backstrap and a few scattered light scratches. The grips are also very fine, with a few dings on the sharp checkering. The holster is very good, with a few light scratches and some cracking of the straps and hinge. Mechanically excellent.

44” Code P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 707k,
9 mm Luger cal., 4 7/8 inch round bbl., blue finish, synthetic
grips. Manufactured in 1944. Fixed sights, with the left side of the
slide marked “P38” and “ac/44”, with matching numbers and a series of
“eagle/swastika” and “eagle/WaA359” proofs on the components. Finish is
full blue, with a set of ribbed brown plastic grips and a blue magazine marked “P.38”
and “eagle/359”.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 97% plus original blue finish, showing a plum tone to the frame and some of the small parts, light edge wear and mild handling marks. The grips are also excellent, with some minor dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
