Smith Enterprises M14 Battle Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun, in a Juggernaut Tactical Rogue Chassis - Serial no. FA00180, 7.62 mm cal., 22 inch round bbl., matte black phosphate finish, metal stock. Manufactured by Smith Enterprise, this full auto M14 rifle was cut through the bolt raceway and later rewelded, and then fit with a modern Juggernaut Tactical brand “Rogue” chassis, giving it the compact form factor of a bullpup rifle combined with battle rifle firepower. Blade front sight on a base with a short muzzle brake and no bayonet lug, and the rear sight has been removed, with a left-handed charging handle welded to the operating rod. The chassis encloses the rifle from the receiver up
to the gas system, with a large ventilated handguard section, quad rails, textured rubber pistol grip and buttplate, and a smooth rubber cheekpiece on the receiver cover. Designed with a semi-automatic M1A in mind, the chassis has had slight modifications performed to accommodate the selector switch.
CONDITION: Fine as remanufactured/rewelded, with 95% of the current matte black phosphate finish, showing mild handling marks. The reweld work is well executed, with some rough spots on the left side near the bolt catch, which is mostly covered by the chassis. The chassis is excellent, with a few minor scuffs and paint flakes. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
