Stemple Model 76/45 Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 586, 45 cal., 7 inch round bbl., matte black phosphate finish, metal stock. Manufactured by John Stemple of Ohio in emulation of the M45 “Swedish K” SMG. Post and peep sights, the latter mounted on a Weaver-style rail, with the Stemple address and model markings on the right side of the magazine well, and the address repeated on the right rear of the receiver tube. A pair of smooth grip panels are installed, with an M3-style magazine catch and telescoping wire stock. CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus matte black phosphate finish, showing mild scratches and handling marks overall. Mechanically very good. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479. Estimate: 6,500 - 9,500

Harrington & Richardson Model 50 Reising Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA C&R Fully Transferable Machine
Gun - Serial no. S4879, 45 ACP cal., 10 1/2 inch fluted bbl., packetized finish, walnut stock. A closed-bolt blowback-operated submachine gun, the Reising Model 50 saw action with the
U.S. Marines in the Pacific as a substitute for the M1 Thompson, though they found their best success as defensive weapons for war-essential industries and as patrol carbines for American police forces. Blade front and elevation adjustable peep rear sights, with a flash hider/muzzle brake, cooling fins on the barrel, three-line Worcester address near the ejection port, and three-position selector/safety on the right side. Smooth pistol grip stock with a cocking lever on the underside, a grip cord on the cocking lever, and a lightly ribbed buttplate. Included with the SMG is a hand- numbered matching box, sling, and cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Very fine. showing 95% of the professionally refinished marketization, with some sub-surface pitting on the barrel and mild handling marks. The stock is fine, with some minor internal cracking and light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) that is classified as a “Curios or Relic” as defined in 27 CFR, 478.11. These weapons are still subject to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
