CONDITION: Very fine as professionally converted/upgraded, with 90% plus matte gray finish, showing some mild spotting and handling marks overall. The furniture shows mild scuffs
and scratches overall, with heavier wear on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

B) Heckler & Koch/Vollmer “HK51” Host Gun - Serial no. A044724, 308 cal., 9 inch round bbl., matte black finish, metal stock. Manufactured in 1981 in Germany and imported by HK Inc as a semi-automatic rifle, this “HK 51” marked rifle was upgraded by Vollmer to act as the host gun for the sear described in Item A. Hooded post front and four-position drum rear sights, with a Fabian Brothers ported flash hider on the threaded muzzle, triangular handguard, textured pistol grip and two-position telescoping buttstock. The model, caliber and importer markings are present on the magazine well, with the sear number added to the right side of the mag well and Vollmer’s address on the right side of the frame beneath the trigger housing. The receiver is in the “shelf ” pattern, with a matching trigger housing featuring a right-handed selector switch and “0/1/A” position markings. The bolt carrier is a former semi-auto unit with a welded up sear trip, with both the carrier and the bolt head dated “IB” (1981). CONDITION: Excellent as upgraded, with 95% of the factory quality matte black finish, showing some light wear and handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.
