Outstanding DWM Model 1900 American Eagle Commercial Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 19230, 7.65 mm Luger Auto cal., 4 3/4 inch round
bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in the 2000-19500 serial number range, the Model 1900 was DWM’s first true commercial production Luger, and the American Eagle variant was intended specifically for export to the lucrative United States
market. This example, bearing serial number “19230”, is a late production Model 1900 American Eagle. These Lugers have the early features such as the long frame with flat recoil spring, 4 3/4 inch tapered barrel, recessed breech bolt, dished toggles with toggle lock on
the side, 4 3/4 inch tapered barrel, grip safety, and first type safety lever with the bright polished lower safety area. The American Eagle seal of the United States is marked on top of the chamber, “GERMANY” on the front of the frame, and all matching visible serial numbers on various components including the underside of both checkered walnut grip panels, with a correct unmarked magazine with a nickel plated body and walnut base. CONDITION: Excellent plus, retains 99% original blue finish and 98% original straw finish on the small parts. The grips are also excellent with a few light handling marks and crisp defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. One will look a long time to find another one this good! Estimate: 5,500 - 8,500

World War I German DWM 1915 Dated Artillery Luger Semi- Automatic Pistol Rig with Matching Numbered Shoulder Stock and Holster - Serial no. 8870, 9 mm Luger cal., 8 inch
round bbl., blue finish, checkered walnut grips. Fine adjustable blade front and tangent rear sights, with the “1915” date on the chamber, “DWM” on the front toggle link, and appropriate military proofs on the
barrel, receiver, and breechblock. Minus the unmarked magazine base, numbers are matching overall, including on the sight components and the grip panels. Included with
the lot is a hardwood shoulder stock (marked with matching number “8870” on the iron), a dark brown leather holster, replacement shoulder straps, and a cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown and gray patina, patches of shallow pitting concentrated on the right side of the barrel, some scattered
dings and scuffs, and bright wear on the high edges. 85% of the refurbished straw colors
   remains. The grips are also very fine with some mild dings on the crisp checkering, the fine stock shows some dings and scuffs, and the otherwise very fine leather shows some replacement parts, and mild scuffs and
cracks. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 4,500 - 6,500
LOT 419 Excellent DWM 1914 Dated Military Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster - Serial no. 6331b, 9 mm cal., 4 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Fixed sights, with “1914” on
the chamber, “DWM” on the front toggle link, a set of three “crown/letter” proofs on the right side of the extension, “Imperial Eagle” firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breech block, “GELADEN” extractor and
“GESICHERT” upper safety position. The major components are blue finished, with straw color on the small parts,
niter blue pins and springs, and matching number checkered grips. Aside from the mixed magazine, numbers are matching overall. Includes a superb WWI military pattern brown leather flap holster, marked “N. Burghard/Pasing/AWM/2”
on the back, and faint hand markings on the interior. CONDITION: Excellent, with 97% of the original blue finish, showing light edge wear and handling minor marks overall, along with some light spotting. The small parts show 75% original straw color, with some darkening on the trigger, and
strong niter blue is present on the sear spring. The grips are also excellent, with mild dings, and the holster is very
fine with some scuffing. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500
