CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 70% lever retain 80% original case colors. Th Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500
plus original blue finish with thinning to brown on the balance. 60% original nitre blue remains on the loading gate. The receiver, hammer, and ere is a dent on the comb, otherwise the wood is very fine with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Attractive Marlin Model 1893 Lever Action Takedown Rifle - Serial no. 213160, 30-30 Win cal., 26
inch octagon bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1901. The top barrel flat is marked
with the standard two-line Marlin address and patent dates, as well as the caliber marking at the breech. The upper
left flat has the “Special Smokeless Steel” marking. The top of the frame has the Marlin Safety marking and the model designation is on the
upper tang. The serial number is on the bottom of the receiver. It is fitted with a Lyman beaded blade front sight, Lyman two-leaf rear sight, and a
Lyman tang mounted peep sight. It is mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 90% plus of the original blue finish and 95% vibrant case colors with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey patina. The wood is fine with a large patch of minor chipping/flaking visible on the left of the wrist, but otherwise a few scattered minor handling marks and retaining most of the varnish.  LOT 1069 Marlin Semi-Deluxe Model 1897 Lever Action .22 Rifle - Serial no. 365884, 22 S L LR cal., 24 inch octagon bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. This model was manufactured c. 1897-1917. This example was manufactured after 1906 and is fitted with a nickel silver blade front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight. The top barrel flat is stamped with the two-line Marlin address/patent dates legend ahead of the rear sight. The upper tang is marked
“Marlin/MODEL ‘97.” The forearm and pistol grip stock are feature multi-point factory
checkering. The stock is fitted with a Marlin hard rubber shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Fine with 75% plus blue finish remaining on the barrel, smooth brown along the magazine tube, 95% plus
professionally restored vibrant case colors, some faint pitting on the frame, and general minor overall wear. The wood is also fine aside from a small chip at the toe of the grip and has crisp checkering and mild scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent.

Desirable Antique Special Order Marlin Model 1893 Lever Action Rifle in
.38-55 - Serial no. 110564, 38-55 WCF cal., 26 inch octagon bbl., blue/casehardened
finish, walnut stock. This highly attractive Marlin Model 1893 rifle was manufactured in 1894. It is
fitted with a special order half magazine. Lyman beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights on a barrel
stamped with the two-line Marlin legend ending with the August 1893 patent date ahead of the rear sight and “38-55” at
the breech. The top of the casehardened receiver is stamped “MARLIN SAFETY.” It is also fitted with a folding tang peep sight. Nicely figured walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a Marlin hard rubber shotgun buttplate.
