flip-up rear sights on the matted solid rib which also hosts a set of German style claw mounts holding a Schmidt & Bender 2 1/2-10x
scope, 1989 dated German proofs, dual bands of engraving at the upper breeches, chokes marked modified/full, and 2 3/4 inch shotgun chambers with extractor. The casehardened action displays a light scroll engraving and features double triggers, cocking indicators, and tang mounted safety and selector. Nicely figured,
multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with black grip cap, shadowline cheekpiece, and rubber recoil pad. Includes original 1999 dated importation documents. Length of pull 14 11/16 inches. Weight 9 lbs. 2 oz. (including scope).
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 95% original blue and coin finishes with light handling evidence and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The scope optics are sharp. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 5,000
LOT 3425 Factory Engraved J. P. Sauer & Sohn Boxlock Drilling - Serial no. 271610, 16/8x57JR gauge, 25 3/4 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Blued Krupp Laufstahl barrels with beaded blade front and flip-up rear sights on the matted solid rib, dual bands of engraving around the breeches, 1936 dated German proofs, 2 1/2 inch chambers with a single extractor, and choke constrictions of .016/.017 inches. The coin finished boxlock action displays light scroll engraving and features double triggers (front is a single set), cocking indicators, a Greener style safety, and tang mounted selector switch. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend and
round knob pistol grip stock with cheekpiece and horn buttplate. Length of pull 14 1/8 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 1 oz. CONDITION: Very good overall, retaining 95% original blue finish, 50% original case colors with the balance a grey patina, areas of light spotting, some high edge wear on the wood, tiny crack off of the upper tang, and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved Sempert & Krieghoff Boxlock Drilling with Scope - Serial no. 21162, 16/8x57 gauge, 23 5/8 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Blued Krupp Laufstahl barrels with beaded blade front and flip-up rear sights on the matted solid rib which also holds a set of claw mounts hosting a Weaver Model 1x scope, 1939 dated German proofs, bands of engraving at the breech, choke constrictions of .037/.037 inches, and chambers measured 2 3/4 inches with extractor. The coin finished action displays a roaring red stag on the left and a roe buck on the right, both surrounded by scrollwork. The gun features double triggers (front is single set), Greener safety, cocking indicators,
and tang mounted selector. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece and horn
buttplate. Length of pull 14 3/16 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 6 oz. (including scope).
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 95% original blue and coin finishes with some spotting on the barrels (concentrated on the left), some oil discoloration on the action along with a spot of oxidation, light handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Scope optics are clear. Mechanically excellent.

Blued Bohler steel barrels with ramped beaded blade front and flip-up rear sights on the matted solid rib which is marked “ANTON SODIA, FERLACH”, 2 3/4 inch chamber with extractor, 1955 dated Austrian proofs, light engraving at the breech, and .034 inch choke constriction. The coin finished action displays scroll surrounding a running red stag on the left and running roe deer on the right and features double
triggers (front is single set), bushed firing pins, and an automatic tang safety. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved
fittings and pistol grip stock with shadowline cheekpiece and black grip cap and buttplate. Includes a leather sling. Length of pull 14 3/8 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 5 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% plus original blue and coin finishes with minor handling evidence, scattered minor spotting, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent.
