Hard Times Armory/Colt 9mm Carbine,
Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine
Gun - Serial no. TA02529, 9 mm cal., 12 inch round bbl., black finish,
    synthetic stock. Originally manufactured by Colt in the 1980s and
converted to full automatic by Hard Times Armory of Smyrna, Georgia,
this is a transferable version of the “Colt SMG” pistol caliber machine
gun. Post front and two-leaf rear sights, with an A1 flash hider on the barrel with a ribbed
handguard, extended plastic casing deflector, and no forward assist. The lower receiver has
the Hard Times markings added to the front of the magazine well and the “AUTO” full auto mark
added to the rear selector position on the left side. The lower has been permanently modified to accept
an auto-sear, the bolt assembly is the proper weighted SMG model, and the upper has a reduced diameter pivot pin hole; an
offset adapter pin is installed to accommodate this. Fitted with a checkered pistol grip, two position telescoping buttstock, and a black
nylon sling.
CONDITION: Very fine as assembled and upgraded to full auto, with 95% plus original matte black finish, showing some touch-ups on the buffer tube nut and around the bolt catch, as well as some light handling marks . The furniture is in equal condition. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.

Police Department Marked Ruger AC-556 Selective Fire Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully
Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 191-03730, 223 cal., 18 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood stock. Manufactured from 1979 to 1999 and marketed to law enforcement and foreign military clients, the AC-556 family of weapons is the Mini-14 .223 caliber rifle configured as a factory original selective fire machine gun. Fitted with a birdcage flash hider, blade and adjustable peep sights and standard receiver markings. The selector switch is positioned on the right rear of the receiver, with positions for semi-automatic,
three round burst, and full automatic. “BVPD/AR II” is stamped on the left side of the receiver, with “BVPD” (Belleville, Michigan Police Department) stamped into the comb of the smooth hardwood stock and “2” painted on the grip; a similarly marked AC-556 numbered “I” can be seen elsewhere in this sale (Lot 362). With a matching hand-numbered factory box.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% of the original blue finish, showing some light
wear and handling marks overall. The stock is very fine, with some light dents and
scratches. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act
(NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C.
Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
