-A) MAC M10, Class III/NFA Fully
Transferable Machine Gun, with
Accessories - Serial no. 1-3002530, 45 ACP cal., 5 3/4 inch round bbl., matte phosphate finish, metal stock, plastic
grips. One of the signature weapons of the 20th century, the Ingram M10 (also known as the MAC-10) was sought out by military and paramilitary operators as a potent and concealable close-quarters weapon, in addition to a multitude of appearances in
film and television. This particular M10 is addressed to Powder Springs, Georgia. Fixed sights, threaded barrel for a suppressor (see
B), safety switch on the lower right of the receiver, selector lever on the left, and three-line address markings below the ejector port. With a black plastic grip extension, telescoping two-position wire buttstock and a nylon web foregrip. Includes a Cobray canvas soft case, two extra magazines, loading tool, sling, manual and an aftermarket buttstock.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% of the original matte gray phosphate finish, showing some light handling marks and edge wear overall. Small patches of rust are visible on the magazines. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
B) RBP Industries M10 Class III/NFA Silencer - Serial no. S62, 45 , black finish. Designed to use a combination of a ported expansion chamber and wipes for sound moderation, with an overall length of 11 1/4 inches and a padded black canvas insulating cover. CONDITION: Excellent, with mild exterior wear. The wipes are physically present, but cracked and oxidized. NOTE: This Silencer is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.

SWD M11/Nine Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun
- Serial no. 85-0002187, 9 mm cal., 6 inch round bbl., matte grey finish, plastic
grips. A descendant of Ingram’s M10, the M11/Nine is made with a slightly
longer receiver than the M11 to accommodate a caliber upgrade from 380
ACP to 9mm Parabellum and allow for a longer range of bolt travel to dampen
felt recoil. Fixed blade and peep sights, with the “SEMI/SMG” selector switch on the
left side of the frame, safety switch next to the trigger guard and standard markings
on the right side of the frame. A swiveling nylon strap is installed on the barrel behind
the threading, with a contoured grip with the Cobray logo on the back and a collapsing
wire stock. Includes a plain cardboard box. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% of the matte gray finish, showing some rubbing on the magazine well and
mild handling marks and edge wear overall. The grip extension and stock are in equal condition. Mechanically
excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with
the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44
and 27 CFR part 478.

Colt M16A1 Rifle, Class III/NFA “RESTRICTED-POST ‘86 SALES SAMPLE” Machine Gun, with Accessories -
Serial no. 9463948, 5.56 mm cal., 11.5 inch round
bbl., matte black finish, synthetic stock. Introduced
in 1967, the M16A1 would be the standard issue rifle for the United States
Army and Marine Corps until the 1980s. Developed from end-user feedback
on the M16, the M16A1 introduced the “fenced” magazine catch to reduce the risk of accidentally ejecting the magazine
during handling or movement, the forward assist upper receiver and bolt to help close a bolt that is obstructed by fowling
or residue, and other minor adjustments. Manufactured in the 9 million export/commercial serial range, this M16A1 shares
features with the “Colt Commando” carbine, minus the signature muzzle device (which can be construed as a silencer per
NFA definitions). Post front and two-leaf peep rear sights, with an A1 flash hider on the “C MP CB” marked barrel, ribbed
round handguard, checkered pistol grip and two-position telescoping buttstock. The upper receiver has the A1 pattern low
profile casing deflector and an oval shaped forward assist, and the lower has a fenced magazine catch and right handed “SAFE”/”SEMI”/”AUTO” selector. A “C” marked full auto bolt carrier is installed, with a “MP C” marked bolt head, both matte
black finished. Includes a shipping box, cleaning tools, manual and sling.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 99% of the original matte black phosphate finish, showing a gray residue (possibly old
lubricant) on the left side of the upper receiver, and mild handling marks overall. Much of the surface has a “dry”
appearance suggestive of long-term storage. The furniture is also excellent, with mild scratches. Mechanically excellent. NOTE:
This weapon is a “RESTRICTED-POST ’86 SALES SAMPLE”, National Firearms Act (NFA) Class 3, Fully Automatic Weapon, that is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478. This weapon is currently registered as being “RESTRICTED-POST ’86 SALES SAMPLE” and as such can only be purchased by qualifying government agencies (such as law enforcement or military organizations) and FFL/SOT Dealers with demo/law letter from said agencies.
