Scarce and Excellent Smith
& Wesson “Straight Line
Target” Single Shot Pistol
with Factory Metal Case -
Serial no. 1474, 22 LR cal., 10
inch solid rib bbl., blue finish,
walnut grips. Manufactured
from 1925 to 1936. Patridge
blade front and adjustable
square notch rear sights, with
the one-line address on the rib,
“SMITH & WESSON” on the left
side, and the caliber marking
on the right. Fitted with smooth
S&W medallion grips. Includes an original blue steel S&W case, two-piece cleaning rod, and screwdriver.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue with minor handling evidence. The grips are very fine with a few areas of varnish loss. The case is very fine with most of its finish and only slight oxidation. Mechanically fine, ejector needs work. Provenance: The Ernie Rice Collection.

Rare Smith & Wesson .32 Caliber Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 471, 32 auto cal.,
3 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips.
An improved version of the .35 automatic and one of only 957 manufactured from 1924-1936. It has standard S&W markings and
smooth S&W medallion grips.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish
showing several minor scratches and handling marks on the barrel. The grips are very fine with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 3,500

Excellent Smith & Wesson Third Model Perfected Target
Double Action Single Shot Pistol - Serial no. 8337, 22 LR cal.,
10 inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured between
1909 and 1923. King bead blade front sight and “U” notch adjustable
rear sight, with the standard two-line address on the rib, caliber marking
on the right side of the barrel and “SMITH & WESSON” on the left. Four-screw frame, with a blue hammer and trigger, and a pair of checkered extended hardwood grips with Smith & Wesson medallions.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Matching serial number on the barrel, cylinder, and butt. Standard markings, Patridge
blade front sight, and adjustable rear sight. Includes a correct Smith & Wesson red box.
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is fine with storage and handling marks and some peeling.

rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured between 1909 and

with the standard two-line address on the rib, caliber marking on the

Outstanding Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 27 Double Action Revolver with Box and Factory Letter - Serial no. S164826, 357 magnum cal., 8 3/8
inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. The accompanying factory letter lists this revolver with an
8 3/8 inch barrel, Patridge front sight, blue finish, and checkered walnut grips when shipped on May 17, 1957,
to H.H. Harris Co.,
Chicago, IL. Matching
serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel, ejector shroud, and
cylinder. The S&W box is numbered to the gun. Comes with screwdriver
and “Helpful Hints” pamphlet.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original high polished
blue and casehardened finish showing a small spot of patina on the
frame (right side), faint cylinder line, limited handling marks, and crisp
grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine with some
minor-moderate wear.

Smith & Wesson First Model Ladysmith Double
Action Revolver with Case - Serial no. 676, 22 S&W cal.,
3 inch round bbl., nickel finish, hard rubber grips.
Manufactured from 1902 to 1906. The Ladysmith
revolver was the smallest of those produced
by Smith & Wesson. Standard markings
include “22 S.&W. CTG” on the left side of
the barrel and two line “SMITH & WESSON
SPRINGFIELD MASS. U.S.A./ PAT’D OCT.24. 1899.
AUG.14. 1900 OCT. 8. 1901” address patent marking. Included with the
revolver is a coin purse style case.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 90% original nickel finish with limited handling marks, frosting, and some scattered spotting. Grips are excellent with slightly softened checkering. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with light storage and handling marks.
