The barrels are mated to the lovely
silver nitrided action which displays
Krieghoff’s stunning Gold Uplander
pattern engraving consisting of
highly attractive leafy broad scroll
engraving over darkened background
surrounding “K-80/KRIEGHOFF/
GERMANY” in a gold bordered
shield on the underside as well as
two beautifully detailed gold inlaid
panel scenes, both of which show a
quail taking flight on either side, all encompassed by gold inlaid line borders. The action shows 2008 dated proof marks, indicating that the gun was sent
back to Germany at that point, possibly to be fit with a new set of barrels. The gun features a single selective trigger and a tang mounted manual safety
(deactivated). The gun is fitted with gorgeous highly-figured and multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with engraved silver nitrided iron and a pistol
grip stock with right hand palm swell, adjustable comb, and R.A.D. hydrolic recoil reducing system with Kick-Eez recoil pad. Includes two more sets of
Briley full length sub-gauge barrel insert, one each in 20 gauge and 28 gauge, as well as an aluminum takedown case. Barrel measurements: 1 1/16 inch
drop at comb; 1 13/16 inch drop at heel; 14 11/16 inch length of pull; weight 9 lbs. 6 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 98% original blue finish, 99% original silver nitrided and gold finishes, minor handling evidence, a few marks on the
stock, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent.

Excellent Factory Engraved and Gold
Inlaid Krieghoff K-80 Gold Uplander
Over/Under Shotgun with Case and
Barrel Inserts - Serial no. 001323, 12 gauge,
30 inch vent rib bbl., blue/silver nitride/
gold finish, walnut stock. Manufactured
c. 2000, this gun has blued steel barrels
numbered “0042” which feature dual bead
sights on the matted vent rib, standard
factory markings, 2005 dated German proof
marks, and 3 inch chambers with automatic
ejectors. The barrel set is currently equipped
with a full length .410 bore inserts by Briley.
