CONDITION: Excellent with 98% plus original nickel finish,
crisp engraving and markings, minor handling and storage
marks, and faint cylinder drag lines. The replacement grips are
very fine aside from chips at the medallion on the left, and the
carving remains exceptionally crisp. Mechanically excellent. The holster
is very good with mild wear. Overall, this is a beautiful example of Wilbur Glahn
factory master engraved Colt Single Action Army shipped to San Antonio, Texas, in 1929.
Provenance: The Brig & Louise Pemberton Collection.
Estimate: 30,000 - 45,000
