the right shows a gentleman and a lady riding to hounds in pursuit of a fox. The “C” gun shows hunters with their dogs flushing and shooting pheasant with the scene on the right depicting a group of gentleman preparing for a trap shoot. All of the scenes are highly detailed and create a wonderful picture of the evolution of hunting over time. The guns have bushed firing pins, dual triggers with an articulated front trigger, and a tang mounted manual safety with gold
“S” marking. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered forends with engraved coin fittings and an inlaid gold factory initial crest and straight grip stock with teardrop carved drop points and a checkered heel.
