Bottega C. Giovanelli Signed, Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Ultra Grade 1 of
1,000 Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. UG20, 270 Win cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue/gold finish, walnut stock. Blued barrel manufactured without sights and with two gold bands at the muzzle and gold inlaid “1 of 1,000” on the right side ahead of the breech. This rifle is number 20 of the 1,000 Ultra Grades produced. The action shows beautiful floral scroll engraving surrounded by gold inlaid lines with scroll flourishes, and the bolt shows very attractive jeweling. “Bottega C. Giovanelli” is signed on the top rear of the action. The floorplate shows the same attractive gold bordered scroll engraving surrounding a bust of a bighorn ram. Mounted in a highly figured Schnabel tipped pistol grip stock with sling swivels, engraved blue grip cap, and a red rubber Winchester recoil pad. Includes factory letter detailing the Winchester “One of One Thousand” Ultra Grade series.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and gold finishes, limited handling evidence, and sharp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,750 - 4,250

Engraved Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Commemorative Remington Model 700 Custom “C” Grade Bolt Action Sporting Rifle - Serial no. B6728136, 300 Rem ultra magnum cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Features a blued barrel manufactured without sights and marked with a one-line Remington address, with floral scroll engraving and punch dot backdrop adorning the breech, receiver, bolt, trigger guard, and magazine floor plate, with the engravings on the receiver and bolt handle taking on an attractive aged appearance. The magazine floor plate Is further engraved “ROCKY MOUNTAIN ELK FOUNDATION/Working for Wildlife” encircling an elk game scene with mountain backdrop. The jeweled bolt body is satin laser engraved with “Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation/18th Anniversary Elk Camp/Commemorative Rifle.” Fitted with a multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with blued and engraved pistol grip cap, unmarked stock oval, and black Decelerator recoil pad. Includes a set of blued scope bases and rings engraved to match. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% blue finish with light handling marks along with crisp engravings and stock checkering. Scarce Limited Production Remington M700/M40 U.S.M.C. “Scout Sniper Association” Commemorative Bolt Action Sniper Rifle with Scope and Original Box - Serial no. SSA0323, 308 Win cal., 24 inch round bbl., parkerized finish, walnut stock. A limited edition Remington M700/M40 “Scout Sniper Association” Commemorative sniper rifle manufactured from 2005-2006. These were hand-built in the Remington custom shop to ensure superior accuracy and conformance to original Vietnam War-era M40 specifications. They were also endorsed and authenticated by the “USMC Scout/Sniper Association” as to their originality and were issued with a special “SSA” serial number prefix. Fitted with a M40 pattern medium weight barrel, “U.S.” roll-marked and “clip-slotted” M40 pattern receiver; M40 pattern walnut stock without checkering with the correct style heavy checkered aluminum buttplate, and 1 1/2 inch wide sling swivels designed for military style slings. Includes original box with outer sleeve, O.D. green web sling, Redfield USMC M40 Edition 3-9x40 mm scope sealed in box, and Badger Ordnance Replica M40 Redfield base and mount. Bottega C. Giovanelli Signed, Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Ultra Grade 1 of 1,000 Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. UG490, 270 Win cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1983, this Model 70 is a Limited Edition of 1,000 custom made Ultra Grade Featherweight bolt action rifle manufactured by the Winchester Model 21 Custom Shop. The barrel and receiver were specially selected for outstanding accuracy and performance. All components on this Ultra Grade rifle have been custom fitted and hand finished with individual attention to craftsmanship, detail and presentation. The receiver, tang, floor plate, trigger guard, bolt knob and grip cap have been very nicely leaf scroll engraved with a rams head on the floor plate and signed by the engraver, Bottega Giovauelli on the top left rear of the receiver. The muzzle has two gold bands around it and the right rear is marked “1 of 1,000” in gold. The receiver and floor plate feature simple gold inlaid bordering, The “WINCHESTER /-TRADE MARK-” on the left receiver wall is gold inlaid as well as the serial number on the right side of the receiver ring. Manufactured without sights and the receiver top is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting. The bolt and follower are jeweled and the pistol grip stock is extra fancy, very finely figured select walnut with fine line checkering, Schnabel forend, red rubber Winchester recoil pad and sling swivel studs. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish with only minor storage marks and crisp checkering, Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,000
