R. Kowalski Signed and Master Engraved Belgian Browning 20 Gauge Pointer Grade Superposed Shotgun Two Barrel Set with Case - Serial no. 6010V75, 20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/French grey finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in
1975. Blued Special Steel barrels with dual white bead sights on the matted vent rib, standard Browning markings, light band of engraving at the upper breech, chokes marked “**-”/”**” (improved cylinder/modified), and 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The French grey boxlock action displays beautiful floral scroll engraving surrounding four individual game scenes on the left, right, underside, and triggerguard. The
left shows a pointer holding a mallard in its mouth in a pond scene, the right has a pointer grasping a pheasant in a field, the underside shows a pair of bedded grouse, and the triggerguard has a pair of pheasants. The work is signed “R.KOWALSKI” on the left side for Browning Master Engraver Richard Kowalski. The gun features a gold plated single trigger and tang mounted manual safety/selector switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with ventilated rubber Decelerator recoil pad. Includes a Browning takedown case containing an extra matching number 28 inch .410 bore barrel set with 3 inch chambers and choked “**$/**$” (skeet/skeet). Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .623/.623 inches; choke constriction .007/.013 inches; minimum wall thickness .030/.030 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 inch drop at heel; 14 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 5 lbs. 10 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and French grey finishes with limited handling marks, a couple small dings on the forend, crisp engraving, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Case and extra barrel set are also excellent.

Factory R. Risack Double Signed and Engraved Belgian Browning Superposed Broadway Trap Diana Grade Skeet Shotgun Two Barrel Set with Case - Serial no. 33409S5, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1965. Blued Special Steel barrels with dual
bead sights on the matted vent rib, single band of engraving at the upper breech, chokes marked “**$”/”**$” (skeet/skeet), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with the ejectors removed. The coin grey receiver is engraved in the Diana Grade pattern with flowing scroll designs surrounding four game scenes depicting mallards in a marsh on the right, a covey of pheasant in a wooded scene on
the left, a pair of quail on the underside, and a pair of rabbits on the trigger guard. The action is signed “R. RISACK” on the both sides beneath the game scene for FN engraver Raymond Risack. Single gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch with gold “S”, “O”, and “U”. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered beavertail forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip buttstock with Browning ventilated recoil pad. Includes a second matching numbered set of 28 inch barrels with chokes marked “*”/”*” (full/full). Also includes a Browning leatherette takedown case containing the ejectors for the skeet barrel. Barrel and stock measurements for the second barrel set: Bores 9 inches from the breech measured at .726/.728; choke constriction .041/.042; minimum wall thickness .031/.035. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bores nine inches from the breech measured at .727/.727 inches; choke constriction .005/.006 inches; minimum wall thickness .033/.033 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 14 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 15 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with limited handling marks, crisp engraving, a few minor dings on the buttstock and crisp checkering. The extra barrel set is excellent with limited handling marks. Case is very good. As previously stated, the ejectors for the skeet barrel are removed, but is otherwise mechanically excellent.
