LOT 549 Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine - Serial no. 993349, 38 WCF cal., 20 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured circa 1930. These Model 1892 carbines were incredibly popular in the American West due to their ability to pair with a Colt Single Action Army revolver and share ammunition. There were valued for their small size during the age of travel on horseback, and remained so into the age of the automobile. The carbine has standard markings, including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, pinned beaded blade front sight, folding ladder rear sight, and saddle ring mounted on the left side of the receiver. Mounted with a smooth carbine forearm and straight grip stock. The underside of the stock has a period added blank 1 1/2 inch silver oval initial plate. CONDITION: Fine, retaining 80% original blue finish with artificial brown touch-up on the balance. The wood is fine with minimal handling marks and most of the original finish remaining. Mechanically excellent. A very attractive Winchester Model 1892 saddle ring carbine. Estimate: 2,250 - 3,500
LOT 550 Game Scene Engraved Winchester Model 94 Lever Action Carbine - Serial no. 2039842, 30-30 Win cal., 20 inch round bbl., blue finish, highly figured walnut stock. Manufactured in 1953 and subsequently elaborately custom embellished with scrollwork on the barrel around the rear sight, on the lever, both tangs, chamber, and beautiful broad scroll engraving surrounding panels
scenes of a moose on the right and a white tail deer on the left sides of the receiver. Features hooded fixed blade front and slider adjustable tangent rear sights. Mounted with a highly figured smooth forend and straight stock with smooth blue steel buttplate. Includes a shipping box. CONDITION: Very fine as professionally custom embellished, retaining 95% plus re-applied blue finish with limited light spotting on the receiver, minor cycling wear, and crisp engraving. The highly

Excellent Winchester Deluxe Model 64 Lever Action Rifle - Serial no. 1921259, 30-30 Win cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1952 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. The rifle has a hooded ramped beaded blade front and elevation adjustable notch rear sights,
quick release sling swivels, leather sling, receiver is factory drilled and tapped for a peep sight with filler screws in place, and checkered steel buttplate. Mounted with a checkered semi-beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 98% plus original blue finish with minimal handling marks. The wood is also excellent with a series of dings on both sides of the
buttstock and towards the forend cap, nearly all original finish remaining, and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,600 - 2,500

Winchester Model 53 Lever Action Takedown .25-20 WCF Rifle - Serial no. 7534, 25-20 WCF cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1926. Standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Fitted with a Lyman beaded blade front
sight and elevation adjustable rear sight. Mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a serrated shotgun buttplate. With only 24,916 produced, the Winchester Model 53 is relatively much scarcer than most of their other lever action models. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 85% original blue finish with smooth brown patina on the balance. The wood is also very fine with some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent. LOT 553 Very Fine Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Rifle - Serial no. 1017066, 32 W.S. cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1927 with standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Fitted with dovetailed blade front and elevation adjustable buckhorn rear sight marked “PAT. FEB.22.27”. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% plus original blue finish with some scattered minor muzzle/high spot wear and light handling marks, and the buttplate showing mostly a smooth grey patina with some scattered light pitting. The wood is also very fine with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
