Scarce SIG P210-7 Semi-Automatic Pistol in .22 LR with Box - Serial no. 42958, 22 LR cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Features fixed target front and adjustable tangent rear sights. Stacked matching serial numbers on the right side of the slide and frame, matching number on the barrel, “SIG” maker’s mark on the left of the slide, along with “Hammerli Tiengen” on the right side. Frame marked with “75” dated antler proof. Import mark on the inner right wall of the magazine well. Fitted with checkered walnut grips. Includes original SIG blue box.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 90% original blue finish with fading and smooth grey patina on the front strap. Grips are excellent with crisp checkering. Box is fine with disintegrating foam interior. The thumb safety needs work, otherwise mechanically fine. Estimate: 7,000 - 9,000

Excellent Scarce SIG Model P210-4 Semi-Automatic Pistol
with Original Box - Serial no. D0465, 9 mm cal., 4 5/8 inch
round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. This was a special model
produced for the West German Border Police in the early 1950s
with about 5,000 produced. This is a later variation with the black plastic
checkered grips and the sand blaster matte finish on the frame. The left side of the slide is
marked with the serial number and the “SIG” in an oval logo, and the left side of the frame is
marked with the matching serial number followed by a droop winged eagle over unreadable letters. The barrel chamber is marked with the matching serial number. Unlike other SIG Model P210 pistols, this model has a “loaded” indicator on top of the slide and is absent of a lanyard ring. The trigger, slide hold back and hammer are satin stainless steel and it is equipped with fixed sights. Complete with original thick plain two piece cardboard box with one end of the lid hand marked “0465” and Sig”.
CONDITION: Excellent. The pistol retains 99% of the original blue finish with slight thinning on
the front strap and minor handling marks. The grips are also excellent with a couple chips on the checkering, light handling marks and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good. Estimate: 2,750 - 4,250

Excellent and Very Rare Early Production First Series
Swiss Army SIG P210 (Pistole 49) Semi-Automatic Pistol
with Holster Rig - Serial no. A101487, 9 mm Luger cal., 4 3/4
inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Introduced in 1949, the P210 series
served as the standard sidearm of the Swiss military, until replaced by the SIG
Sauer P220 in 1975, and is still in use by the Danish military today. Only 3,200
first series pistols were manufactured and were distinguished by the hammer
not having a second stage which held the hammer in a safe position when
not fully cocked. Many of the first series pistols were updated to the two stage
hammer making surviving unconverted examples extremely scarce (see Lorenz
Vetter, “Das grosse Buch der SIG-Pistolen”, p. 130). Features fixed blade front
and notch rear sights with the Swiss “cross in shield” crest on the rear sight base,
“SIG” marked on the slide, with “Bernerprobe” proof and “P” (indicating release for
private sale) marked on the right side of the trigger guard. With matching serial
numbers on the left side of the frame and slide, and the right side of the barrel. An
importer mark is laser engraved within the chamber area of the slide. Fitted with a
manual safety, magazine well safety, checkered slide catch, heel-mounted magazine
catch, and ribbed walnut grips. Includes a “CHR.BALMER/SATTLERLI/MUHLEBERG/55”
marked brown leather flap holster with a name written in pencil on the interior of the flap and leather shoulder strap.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus original deep gloss blue finish with limited minor edge wear, limited minor handling marks, and crisp grip ribs. Holster is fine with supple leather and scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Danish Contract SIG M/49 Semi- Automatic Pistol with Box - Serial no. 23848, 9 mm Luger cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Features fixed blade front and notch rear sights dovetailed into the slide. Matching serial numbers on the right side of the slide, barrel, and frame. Slide is marked with “SIG” proof, and frame marked “9 mm P m/49” and “Crown/FKF,” on the left side. Fire controls are marked with
a white “S” and red “F” on left side of frame. Includes “SIG P210-DK M/49” marked
blue box.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 90% original blue finish with minor scratches, some light spotting, and minor edge wear. The grips are excellent as varnished with crisp checkering. Box is fine. Mechanically excellent.
