cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, synthetic grips.
Blade front and fixed notch rear sights, “ac/41”
code on left side of slide, “eagle” firing proof and double “eagle/359” acceptance marks on the right. Matching visible serial numbers on the slide, frame, barrel, locking block and the interior of the grip panels. Fitted with a blued “P.38” magazine numbered “6610h” on the base.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus original blue finish with some light edge wear. Grips are very fine with a small chip on the lower left edge, and some light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

- Serial no. 35449a, 9 mm Luger cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured during World War II, with fixed front and rear sights, matching numbers and “eagle/ WaA140” proofs stamped on the slide, frame, and left of the chamber, and the FN address/Browning
patent markings on the slide. The grips are checkered walnut, and the wartime magazine is finished in blue.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus original blue finish with some minor leading edge wear on the slide and some minor freckling. Grips are also excellent with a few light handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,000

II Walther PPK “Eagle/C”
Police Inspected Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 333512k,
7.65 mm auto cal., 3 1/4 inch round bbl., blue
finish, plastic grips. Manufactured after 1938 and
inspected for police use. Blade front and notch rear
sights, with standard slide markings, “eagle/N” proofs
on the muzzle, slide and chamber, “eagle/swastika C” on
the left side of the frame, and a proper matching hand-scribed number inside the slide. Fitted with a 60 degree safety, ring hammer, checkered Walther banner grips, and a flat steel magazine floorplate.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus original blue finish, showing minor spotting and edge wear overall. The grip is fine with a short crack in the backstrap and minor warping of the edges. The hold-open spring is absent, otherwise mechanically excellent.

Scarce Mauser Banner “1939” Dated “Eagle/K”
Police Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Matching
Magazine - Serial no. 7213v, 9 mm cal., 4 inch round
bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Fixed sights, with a “1939”
dated chamber, Mauser “Banner” on the front toggle link, and the very scarce
early “Eagle/K” (only 600 estimated made in 1939) police proof on the right side
of the receiver, with the “crown/crown/U” commercial proofmark stamped on the
left side of the receiver and the breechblock. The sear safety spring is present over
the side plate, and no cuts have been made for a magazine well safety. Grip panels
are unnumbered, otherwise numbers are matching overall, including the blued/alloy magazine, which also has the “+” spare magazine stamp on the base
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, with 85% plus original blue finish, showing some thinning on the gripstraps and on top of the barrel extension, bright edge wear and mild handling marks. The grips are excellent, with some stains and dings. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,250 -

Mauser “S/42” Code 1938 Date Luger Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 6954d, 9 mm cal., 4
inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Dated 1938
on the chamber, with the “S/42” code on the toggle.
“Eagle/63” and “droop wing eagle” proofs on the right
side of the barrel extension and on the barrel, with the firing proof on the left
side of the breechblock, and “GESICHERT” and “GELADEN” on the upper safety
area and extractor, respectively. Finish is full blue, with a pair of checkered grips
and a blued magazine with alloy base. Magazine is mixed numbered, with other components matching overall.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% original blue finish, with bright wear on the muzzle and high edges, minor spotting and light handling marks. The grips are also excellent, with some stains and dings. Mechanically excellent.
