Excellent Engraved Remington Model 742D
Peerless Grade Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 181467, 308 Win cal.,
22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured from 1960 to
1980. The barrel is fitted with a ramped blade front sight and an adjustable
rear sight. The receiver displays scroll engraving with scallop and decorative bordering. The top of the
barrel at the breech has a 2 1/4 inch wedge of the same engraving design, as well as the trigger guard and
bottom of the magazine. The left side of the barrel is marked with the two-line address/patent numbers followed by
“.308 WIN.”. The bottom of the frame directly ahead of the magazine is engraved “Remington/MODEL 742 D” over the serial
number. Mounted with a multi-point checkered nicely figured walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a plastic Remington
grip cap, checkered plastic buttplate.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Wood is very fine with some light handling marks and crisp checkering.
Mechanically excellent.

Weatherby Custom Shop Mark V Safari Bolt Action Rifle in .460
Weatherby Magnum with Scope - Serial no. SB051382, 460 WBY magnum
cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 1995
and 2004. Fitted with a ramped beaded blade front sight on a heavy weight barrel
with a threaded muzzle and mid barrel band for a sling swivel and two leaf (one standing one folding) rear sight on the raised quarter rib. This Weatherby Custom Shop rifle
has a jeweled fluted bolt, and the action is mounted with a Leupold 1.75-6x32mm scope. The floorplate is engraved with light floral scroll around a banner reading “SAFARI CUSTOM”.
Mounted in a nicely contrasted fleur-de-lis checkered walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend and pistol grip cap, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, and rubber recoil pad. Includes a padded
nylon sling.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Stock is very fine with some dings and scratches, recoil pad deterioration, and crisp checkering.
Mechanically excellent. Optics clear, reticle crisp.

round bbl., blue finish, walnut
stock. Manufactured in
Sturgis, South Dakota. The
barrel lacks provisions for
sights and is fitted with a central sling loop and scope mounts holding a Leupold
M8-6x42 scope. The action is marked on the underside ahead of the action lever with the serial
number underneath the lever. Mounted in a nicely contrasted multipoint checkered walnut forend and pistol grip stock with blued steel
grip cap and Decelerator recoil pad.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically
excellent. Optics clear, reticle crisp.

Custom Dakota Arms Miller Falling Block Single Shot Rifle in 6mm PPC
with Scope - Serial no. 0707M, 6 mm PPC cal., 26 inch octagon bbl., blue finish,
walnut stock. This example has a special order octagon barrel, is chambered in
the inherently accurate 6mm PPC and has a light trigger with push button safety.
There are scope bases mounted to the rear of the barrel with Talley rings holding a
Leupold VX-III 6.5-

scope with a scope level, 2 1/4 inch sunshade and screw on lens covers. Mounted
on a beautifully figured special order xxx fancy wood, multi-point checkered walnut
beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with steel grip cap, shadow line cheekpiece and factory recoil pad. Consignor indicates it has a
match grade barrel with a 1 in 12 twist.
CONDITION: Excellent, 99% of the original blue finish remains with some minute high edge wear, a few light handling marks and some freckling on
the left side of the lever. The stock is also excellent with only a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The scope is excellent as well with
clear optics.
