Scarce Hatton Industries/Jersey Arms “Jersey MAC” Commando Series Avenger
Submachine Gun with AWC Silencer, Class III/NFA -A) Hatton/Jersey Avenger Submachine
Gun, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 820101410, 45 ACP cal., 6 inch
round bbl., matte black phosphate finish, metal stock. Manufactured in 1982 by Hatton Industries for Jersey
Arms Works relatively few were made and less were sold, with estimates in the neighborhood of 520 total of the
“Commando Series Avenger” submachine gun and “Partisan Series Avenger” semi-automatic pistol; much of the
inventory was bought out by SWD of Georgia and refurbished for sale. The “Jersey MAC” faithfully emulates the core
Ingram M10 design, for a hard hitting and robust close quarters combat weapon. Post front and peep rear sights,
with the model and series nomenclature on the left side of the frame and the Cobray logo and Jersey Arms address
on the right, and a smaller Cobray logo behind the front sight. The barrel is threaded, with a notch cut in the collar
to accommodate the locking screw on the included silencer and a swiveling nylon handgrip, plastic grip extension
and a two-position telescoping buttstock. Included with the lot is a generic plastic case and six extra magazines.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, with 90% of the original matte black phosphate finish, showing areas of thinning
gray on the frontstrap, a brown patina on the stock, and mild handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent. NOTE:
This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
B) AWC Systems Technology M10A3 Silencer, Class III/NFA Silencer - Serial no. S-1367, 45 cal., matte black
finish. 14 inches in overall length, with alloy external construction, ported expansion chamber and baffle stack, and
a locking screw in the collar.
CONDITION: Very fine overall, with minor wear. The interior of the endcap shows come chipping. NOTE: This Silencer
is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and
27 CFR part 479, National Firearms Act.

Group Industries HR4332 Fully Automatic Submachine Gun with Silencer, Class III/NFA
-A) Group Industries HR4332 Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 103366, 9 mm cal.,
10 inch round bbl., black finish, metal stock. Manufactured using a South African-made Vector Arms UZI as the
base, the HR 4332 was among the final generation of fully transferable American machine guns, manufactured shortly before
the Firearm Owners Protection Act (aka House Resolution 4332) went into effect making it among the last fully transferable
machine guns manufactured in the United States. The receiver is devoid of the barrel ring and bolt block that would
normally prevent installation of military configuration components, and the item is currently fitted with a smooth-sided
bolt, ratcheting cocking handle, and a full auto trigger group with “A R S” markings. The left side of the receiver has both the
Vector and Group Industries markings The grips are ribbed, and it has steel folding stock. The barrel has been fitted with a
Coastal Gun 9mm silencer. With standard barrel nut and manual.
CONDITION: Excellent overall with 99% original black phosphate finish and some mild cycling marks on the top cover.
