Hard Times Armory/Heckler& Koch Model 94S
Integrally Silenced Submachine Gun, Class III/
NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no.
7098, 9 mm cal., 6 3/4 inch round bbl., mate black
finish, metal stock. Originally manufactured by
Heckler & Koch in 1985 as a HK94 semi-automatic
rifle and imported by HK Inc, this rifle was converted
to a “MP5SD” style submachine gun by Hard Times
Armory of Smyrna, Georgia. In addition to the
installation of a “shelf” pattern trigger pack and a
welding up of the bolt carrier to engage the auto-
sear, Hard Times added a foot long extension to the
receiver which houses the barrel and a baffle stack,
with the endcap housing a double wipe assembly.
