P. 339
In emulation of the original SD model, ports have been drilled into the barrel to vent gas into the silencer before the bullet clears
the muzzle; in the SD, this was intended to drop the effective muzzle velocity of standard NATO 9mm Parabellum ball ammunition
below the supersonic threshold, reducing the overall signature of the weapon without requiring specialized “cold loaded”
subsonic ammunition. Hooded post front and 4-position drum rear sights, with the Hard Times markings on the underside of the
receiver, model and date markings on top, a “0/1/A” marked trigger housing, textured pistol grip and two-position telescoping
buttstock. The bolt carrier and trigger pack are not visibly marked, and the bolt head is dated “IF” (1985). Included with the lot is
a rubber heat shield for the silencer assembly and an extra magazine. This 94S is consecutively serial numbered to the previous
lot, another 1985 production H&K converted to a SD-pattern integrally silenced submachine gun.
CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded to selective fire, with 95% plus factory quality matte black finish, showing mild handling
marks overall, with some fading on the heat shield and a darker tone to the buttstock. The wipes have been shot out,
otherwise everything appears in fine order with the silencer. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National
Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
Estimate: 25,000 - 37,500
