Stiller Precision Firearms LLC U.S. Marine Corps Mk
13 MOD 7 Configured Bolt Action Sniper Rifle in .300
Win. Mag. with Case and Accessories - Serial no. MKA00665, 300 Win magnum cal., 26 inch
heavy round bbl., black/stainless/FDE anodized finish, synthetic stock. Manufactured in Wylie, Texas, c. 21st century, configured after the United Sates Marine
Corps’ Mk 13 MOD 7 bolt action sniper platform. Adopted in 2018, the MK 13 MOD 7 (a .300 Win. Mag. chambered long-action Remington 700 barreled receiver mated to an
Accuracy International chassis system) replaced the USMC M40 series of sniper rifles in order to achieve a similar effective range to the U.S. Army’s XM2010 sniper platform. The
consignor indicates that this specific rifle was built
up by Chris Higgins of Red Bull Armory, a former
U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)
armorer who participated in the development
of the USMC Mk 13 MOD 7 platform. Features
a SureFire FH762RC four-prong flash hider on
the heavy profile stainless steel barrel, the model,
caliber, and manufacturer markings on the left
side of the receiver with a simulated U.S. DoD UID
label, the serial number on the right side of the
receiver, and a matching partial serial number on
the handle of the spiral fluted bolt. Fitted with an
Accuracy International AX machined aluminum
chassis in FDE colored anodized finish, with a
20 MOA Picatinny rail spanning across the top,
Keymod pattern attachment slots on the forend
with three Picatinny rail attachments and a
bipod stud attachment, a tan polymer forend
grip rest, integrated QD sling sockets, and a folding
polymer buttstock with adjustable length-of-pull and cheek
rest. Includes a Pelican iM3300 series hard case fitted to the rifle, a Harris 1A2 folding bipod, a Dewey cleaning rod, and an
ACU pattern nylon pouch containing small tools. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Excellent overall as configured after the U.S. Marine Corps’ Mk 13 MOD 7 sniper platform, retaining 99% plus black and 97% plus FDE finishes with some limited light handling marks and edge wear. The firing pin can
unexpectedly drop if the safety lever isn’t fully seated in the “S” position; otherwise, mechanically excellent. The case is very fine.
Provenance: The Ryan Niederman Collection.
Estimate: 9,500 - 16,000
