CONDITION: Very fine with 60% original blue
finish, smooth gray and brown patina on the
balance, distinct cylinder scene, minor oxidation,
and generally rather minimal age and storage
related wear. The grip is very fine and has
attractive figure, much of the original varnish,
handling wear, a few tiny flakes at the edges, and
minor scratches. Mechanically functions. This
is a very attractive example of one of the most
historic of all American firearms: Samuel Colt’s first
revolver - the Baby Paterson.

According to "The Paterson Colt Book"
by Wilson, approximately 500 Colt
Paterson No. 1 Pocket Model or "Baby
