Rare Weatherby Mark V Silhouette Bolt Action Single
Shot Pistol in 22-250 Caliber with Case - Serial no.
M00195, 22-250 cal., 15 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. Manufactured in Japan c. 1980-81, the Mark V
Silhouette uses the Weatherby Varmintmaster receiver as the
base for a purpose built single shot handgun for long range
target shooting and hunting. Only 50 were made in 22-250
caliber, per “Weatherby: The Man, The Gun, The Legend” by
Gresham and Gresham. Globe front and Williams bridge rear
sight, with the receiver drilled and tapped on the ring and bridge for scope rail mounting. Installed in a fine
grain contoured right handed walnut grip with contrasting forearm and grip caps. Includes a Gun-Ho brand
leatherette case, instruction sheet, and extra globe sight inserts.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% plus original blue finish, showing minor handling marks overall. The grip is
also excellent, with a few minor dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine externally, with some
aging/disintegration of the foam lining.

Factory Engraved and Gold Inlaid
Weatherby Mark V Crown Custom Grade Bolt
Action Rifle in .257 WBY Magnum with Factory Letter -
Serial no. PB012716, 257 WBY magnum cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue/gold finish, walnut stock. The included factory letter
confirms the current configuration when the rifle was shipped to Bill Hicks & Co. Ltd. of Plymouth, Minnesota, on November 14th, 2007. Built with a high luster blue #2 profile barrel without sights
featuring a 10 1/2 inch wedge of floral scroll engraving over a matted background with the caliber marking surrounded near the breech. The barrel is fitted to the
blued action which displays matching engraving and has a jeweled bolt and magazine follower (letter says Damascened), and a jeweled bolt with engraved shroud
and checkered knob. The floorplate shows floral scroll engraving surrounding a relief inlaid gold bighorn ram. The rifle is fitted in a high gloss finished super fancy
walnut pistol grip stock with rosewood tip and cap with double spacers, #16 pattern carving (checkering), pattern #7A carving (inlays) on the stock, #7B carving
(inlays) on the forend, #7C gold monogram with “R/D/J” initials on the underside of the forend, raised cheekpiece, sling swivels, and a Decelerator recoil pad.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and gold finishes with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering/carving on the stock.
Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved and Gold Inlaid Weatherby
Crown Grade Mark V Bolt Action Rifle in .300 Weatherby Magnum - Serial no. H251817, 300
WBY magnum cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 1972 and 1994. The bolt shroud and action
display floral scroll engraving on a matted background. The engraving extends onto the barrel forming a 10 inch wedge of embellishment which
surrounds all of the markings. The floorplate has been engraved to match and inlaid with bugling elk in relief gold. Scope rings on receiver.
Mounted in a nicely contrasted walnut stock with floral carved grip sections with a stippled background, contrasting forend and grip caps, multipiece
wooden inlays, and a ventilated Weatherby recoil pad.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish, limited handling, and crisp engraving. Stock is very fine with a couple minor dings and crisp carving.
Mechanically excellent.

Weatherby/Fabrique Nationale Mauser
Supreme Deluxe Bolt Action Rifle with
Shipping Box, Papers and Factory
Letter - Serial no. 10025, 300 WBY magnum
cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut
stock. Per the included factory letter, this
FN Mauser Supreme Deluxe bolt action
rifle was shipped to the Higbee Company
of Cleveland, Ohio, a department store,
on August 18th, 1958. The letter breaks
down the features of the rifle, with a 24 inch #1 Timken Alloy steel barrel chambered in 300 Weatherby Magnum, high luster blue finish with “damascened” bolt, and a deluxe high gloss American
black walnut Monte Carlo stock with pattern #1B skip line checkering, contrasting tip and gripcap, white spacers and inlays, and a ventilated recoil pad. Manufactured without sights, with a circled “T”
stamp on the right side of the chamber and the Weatherby caliber markings on the left. The receiver is drilled and tapped on the receiver ring and bridge (top and right side), with the South Gate, California address on the left
side of the ring, checkered underside of the bolt knob, and engine turned polishing on the bolt body and long claw extractor. The stock is outfitted as described in the letter, with a set of quick detach sling swivels and Weatherby
markings on the recoil pad. Included with the rifle is the factory shipping box (not individually numbered, but correctly labeled for transit from South Gate to Higbee in Cleveland) and matching numbered hanging envelope with
instruction card (warranty card still attached) and a test target showing a 1 1/16 inch grouping at 100 yards.
CONDITION: Very fine as refurbished, possibly by Weatherby, with 98% blue finish, showing minor handling marks overall. The stock is very fine, slightly ill-fitting around the magazine and few light dings. Mechanically excellent.
The box is fair, with scuffs and stains.
