Lewanczvk Signed, Master Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Belgian Browning B25 Gold Classic Superposed
Shotgun with Box - Serial no. P33GC290, 20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin/gold finish.
Blued Special Steel barrels with dual white bead sights (rear bead absent) on the matted vent rib,
standard markings, chokes marked “**-”/”**” (improved cylinder/modified), and 3 inch chambers
with automatic ejectors. The coin grey finished boxlock action displays beautiful scroll engraving surrounding gold inlaid decorations. The right side
shows a pointer flushing a pair of quail along with a bust of John Browning and “BROWNING GOLD CLASSIC”, the left side shows a pointer flushing a
pair of pheasant over “290 OF FIVE HUNDRED”, and the underside has a bust of a grouse all rendered in highly detailed gold. The engraving extends
to the toplever, both tangs, and the triggerguard which shows a gold inlaid Browning logo. The left of the action is signed “J.LEWANCZVK” for Master Engraver Jules Lewanczvk. The gun features a single trigger and tang mounted safety selector switch with gold inlaid “O’, “U”, and “S”. Beautifully figured, fancy floral multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with Browning buttplate. Includes original factory box.
This gun is collector serialized with the next lot. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .621/.621 inches; choke constriction .005/.014 inches; minimum wall .039/.035 thickness inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 2 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue, coin, and gold finishes with limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The box is very fine with light wear. Mechanically excellent.

finish, walnut stock. Blued Special Steel barrels with a single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, chokes marked “**-
”/”**” (improved cylinder/modified), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The coin grey finished boxlock action displays floral scroll
surrounding a pointer flushing a pair of quail along with a bust of John Browning and “BROWNING CLASSIC” on the right, a pointer flushing a pair
of pheasant over “ONE OF FIVE THOUSAND” on the left, and a bust of a grouse on the underside. The engraving extends to the toplever, both tangs,
and the triggerguard which shows a Browning logo. The left of the action is signed “C.PERFIDO” for Master Engraver Claudia Perfido. The gun features
a single trigger and tang mounted safety selector switch. Beautiful figured, dot bordered multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings and
straight grip stock with Browning buttplate. Includes original factory box. This gun is collector serialized with the previous lot. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .620/.622 inches; choke constriction .008/.017 inches; minimum wall thickness .030/.028 inches; 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at heel; 14 7/16 inch length of pull; weight 5 lbs 12 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with limited handling evidence. The forend is slightly ill-fitting at the wood to metal junction; otherwise, the wood is excellent with limited handling evidence and sharp checkering. The box is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
