Parker Story” by Gunther, Mullins, Parker, Price, and Cote. Laminated steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted, concave
solid rib marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CONN. LAMINATED STEEL.”, chambers measured at 2 9/16 with single extractor, and choke constrictions measured at .030/.032 inches. The casehardened top action displays standard Grade 1 light engraving and features “PARKER BROS.” on either side as

barrels and some areas of light spotting/pitting. Overall mild handling evidence. The revarnished wood is very good with some dings and scratches and well- defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000

Large Collection of Highly Desirable Parker Brothers Catalogs/Literature - This lot consists of approximately 33 individual pieces of Parker Brothers literature from a broad span of the companies existence. These pieces of literature include price lists and catalogs from the early days through the Remington era. The collection is housed in a three ring binder holding most of the pieces in plastic document sleeves.
CONDITION: The pieces range from good to exceptionally fine overall with a few showing some staining, fading, and tearing and others showing very minor age wear. Overall, this is truly a collection in itself that would be very difficult to replace,
all to be had in one lot!

LOT 3439 Factory Engraved Ithaca Flues Grade 4 Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 198262, 12 gauge, 30 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1910. Blued Damascus steel barrels with single bead sight on the matted solid rib, single bands of engraving at either breech, choke constrictions of .025/.033 inches, chambers measured at
3 inches with automatic ejectors. The casehardened boxlock action displays floral scroll engraving surrounding a pointer on the left,
a mallard on the underside, a setter on the right, and a woodcock on the trigger guard. The gun features double triggers and a tang mounted automatic safety switch. Nicely figured, fancy checkered splinter forend with engraved fittings and contrasting tip inlay and
pistol grip stock with grip cap, blank inscription shield, and rubber recoil pad. Stock measurements: 1 3/4 inch drop at comb; 2 7/8 inch
drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs 3 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, showing an attractive even brown patina on the barrels, strong traces of the case colors mostly in the protected areas, and mild handling evidence. The wood has been revarnished and has a small crack on the left of the forend, otherwise, it is very fine with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 3,750
