Factory Engraved Belgian Browning 28 Gauge Superposed Grade I Shotgun - Serial no. 2228F8, 28 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1968. Blued Special Steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, chokes marked “**”/”*” (modified/full), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The blued boxlock action features Grade I floral scroll engraving, a single gold trigger, and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend and round knob pistol grip stock with Browning buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 2 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish with minor handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500

Engraved Belgian Browning Broadway Pigeon Trap Superposed Shotgun - Serial no. 56842S8, 12 gauge, 30 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in Belgium in 1968. Double bead sights on the wide matte vent rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers, choked full/improved modified with ejectors. The receiver, trigger guard and break lever are engraved with fine scroll patterns as well as rose bouquets on the sides and bottom of the receiver and two pigeons in flight on each side. There is a leaf design decorating the upper edge of the receiver. Blue barrels with standard markings, and the remaining parts are coin finished. Gold washed single trigger with a
shoe installed, tang mounted safety/selector and mounted with high gloss, extra fancy walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a vented Browning recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 3/8 inches. CONDITION: Excellent. The barrels retain 99% original finish with some thinning on the lower barrel from sliding the forearm forward while breaking it down, otherwise only light handling marks. The remaining metal
retains 98% original coin finish with some minor wear on the trigger guard tang. The wood is excellent retaining most of the original high gloss finish and showing a couple of nicks on the bottom of the stock and light handling marks overall. The checkering remains crisp. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500

Engraved Servias Signed Fabrique Nationale 20 Gauge Superposed B2 Grade Style Shotgun - Serial no. 354V71, 20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/French gray finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1971. Blued steel barrels with a single steel bead sight on the ventilated rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers, chokes marked “**/**-” (modified/improved cylinder), and ejectors. The French gray receiver displays tight English scroll and string of pearls engraving as well as three game scenes depicting pheasants on the left, capercaillie on the right, and quail on the underside. The left game scene is signed “Ch. Servais” for Fabrique Nationale Master engraver Charles Servais. Mounted in a lightly figured, multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock and Schnabel forend with a FN buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements: bore diameter nine inches from the breech .625/.623 inches; choke constrictions .010/.018 inches; minimum wall thickness .029/.031 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at the comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at the heel; and 14 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 5 lbs 12 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall as custom embellished, retaining 99% plus blue and French gray finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving and stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 7,000 - 10,000

Factory Engraved Belgian Browning Auto-5 “Twenty” Semi-Automatic Shotgun with Factory Letter and Box - Serial no. 4Z81107, 20 gauge, 26 inch vent rib bbl., blue finish, walnut stock.
Manufactured in 1964. Single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and “**-” (improved cylinder) marked choke. Blued receiver with standard Grade I light scroll engraving. Lightly figured, multi-point
checkered forend and round knob pistol grip stock. The accompanying factory letter confirms the 26 inch, 20 gauge barrel, vent rib and improved cylinder choke as well as being sold for $131.15 on September 30, 1964 to Western Auto Supply, Kansas City, MO and shipped to Western Auto Supply, Sumter, SC. Includes original box with matching end label containing the manual and warranty registration card. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 12 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the wood. The box is very fine with light wear. Mechanically excellent. Factory Engraved Browning Superposed Pigeon Grade Shotgun - Serial no. 87137S8, 12 gauge, 26 1/4 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1968. Dual red bead sights on the matte, vent rib barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors and improved modified/skeet modified chokes. Coin gray finished receiver with full coverage scroll engraving surrounding scenes of pigeons in flight and relief carved oak leaf and acorn designs at the top of the action. Gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Nicely figured, checkered forearm with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with ventilated Browning recoil pad. Stock measurements: Drop at the comb 1 7/16 inches; drop at the heel 2 5/16 inches; length of pull 14 7/16 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 3 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% plus refinished blue and original coin finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Wood is very good with crisp checkering, some dings and scratches, and a repaired section of the buttstock around the lower tang. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,000 - 3,000
