Action Rifle with Case - Serial no. 1X7364, 264 Win magnum cal., 22
inch round bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1971. Blued
steel barrel without sights, standard markings, and 2 inch wedges of floral scroll engraving on either side of the breech. The coin finished action displays beautiful floral scroll engraving as well as a two game scenes on the front receiver ring. The left side shows a bugling elk in a forested scene and the right has a running
ronghorn in a field scene. The bottom metal shows the same floral scroll engraving with a mule deer buck engraved on the magazine floorplate and a grizzly bear on the trigger guard.
he gun is signed “J.BAERTEN” on both sides of the receiver as well as on the floorplate for Browning Master Engraver Jose Baerten. The gun is mounted in a nicely figured, fancy checkered walnut stock with contrasting forend tip, blank inscription diamond on the contrasting gripcap, and Browning buttplate. Includes a Browning factory Naugahyde case.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with limited handling evidence. The wood is very fine with a chip on the left side above the front action screw, a few minor scratches, and sharp checkering. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.

The gun is signed “R.GRECO” on the right side of the receiver ring and “A M” on the floorplate for Browning Master Engravers Reno Greco and likely Alfonse Marechal. The gun is mounted in a beautifully figured, fancy checkered walnut stock with contrasting forend tip, blank inscription diamond on the contrasting gripcap, and ventilated browning recoil pad. Includes a Browning factory Naugahyde case.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% refinished coin finish on the action and trigger guard assembly, 99% refinished blue on the barrel, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
