Automatic Pistol - Serial no.
P57320, 9 mm para cal., 4 1/2
inch round bbl., blue finish,
walnut grips. Blade front and
fixed notch rear sights, standard markings and Swiss proofs,
matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel, and
serrated hardwood grips with left side lanyard loop.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and a couple dings on the grips. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000

Late World War II Mauser “SVW/45” Code Dual-Tone P.38 Semi-Automatic
Pistol with Holster - Serial no. 5884E, 9 mm Luger cal., 4 7/8 inch round bbl., blue/
phosphate finish, plastic grips. Fixed sights, with “P.38” and “svw/45” on the left side
of the slide ahead of the serial
number, “WaA135” and “eagle/
swastika” proofs in the traditional
locations, and matching numbers
on the slide, frame, barrel and locking
block. With a pair of ribbed black plastic
grips and a “WaA135” marked magazine.
Included with the lot is a black leather
holster stamped “DLU/1944” and hand-
marked “GUICE”, and an extra magazine.
Guice has not been identified.
CONDITION: Excellent. The barrel retains
95% of the original blue finish, with
some minor spotting and rubbing, and
the slide and frame retain 97% of the
matte gray phosphate finish, showing
some mild spotting and edge wear.
The grips are also excellent, with some
light scratches, and the holster shows
some scuffing and cracking but remains
generally solid. Mechanically excellent.

Code P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol Rig
with Matching Magazine and 1942
Dated Holster - Serial no. 4556C, 9
mm Luger cal., 4 7/8 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, plastic grips. Blade and
notch sights, with “P.38” and “ac/42” on
the left side of the slide, “eagle/359”
proofs as appropriate, and matching
numbers on the slide, barrel, locking
block, base of the magazine and frame.
Fitted with a set of ribbed brown plastic
grips and a blued magazine with “P.38”
on the side and “eagle/359” on the spine.
Included with the lot is a black leather
holster marked “jwa 42” and an “eagle/359”
marked extra magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 85% of the
original blue finish, showing areas of brown
patina, mild spotting, bright edge wear and
light handling marks. The grips are also very fine, with some light scratches, and the holster is very fine, with some scuffing and wear. Mechanically excellent.

Automatic Pistol with Holster - Serial no.
58107a, 9 mm para cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured during
World War II, fixed front and rear sights, with matching numbers and “WaA140” proofs visible on the barrel, slide, and frame, and the FN address/Browning patent markings on the slide. The grips are checkered walnut, and the magazine is finished in blue with “eagle/ WaA140” proof. Includes a “dla/43” leather holster and extra magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 90% plus of the
arsenal refurbished blue finish with some very light holster type wear and a couple very small spots of light surface pitting on the back strap. The grips
are fine with some scattered light handling marks and a couple minor flat spots in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is fine with some light wear and handling marks. Provenance: The Paul Crockett Jr. Collection. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,500

Excellent World War II German Military Proofed
Walther PP Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 364820P,
7.65 mm auto cal., 3 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips.
Fixed sights, with the Walther banner, address and model marking on the
left side of the slide, matching exterior serial numbers on the right side of the
slide and frame, “eagle/N” proofs on the slide, chamber and muzzle, and “eagle/
WaA359” proofs on the left side of the slide and frame. Finish is full blue, with a 60 degree safety, checkered black plastic grips, and a black plastic grip extension.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 97% plus of the original blue finish, showing some bright wear
along the edges and minor handling marks overall. The grips are very fine, with sharp checkering and internal splitting, a barely noticeable hairline crack showing in the exterior of the left panel. Mechanically excellent.

Late World War II Production Walther “ac45” P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol Rig with Holster
- Serial no. 9238A, 9 mm Luger cal., 4 7/8 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. Blade front and notch rear sights, with a set of “eagle/359” and “eagle” proofs on the appropriate parts, matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, frame and locking block, and the Walther “ac45” code on
the left side of the slide. Overall finish is full blue, with black plastic grips, and an “eagle/359” marked magazine. Included with the lot is a black leather flap holster with faint “44” marking on the back and an extra unmarked magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% plus of the original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear with th grips also in excellent condition. The holster is very good with some repaired/replaced stitching on the belt loops. Mechanically excellent.
