Excellent World War II German Walther “ac/45” Code K43 Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 7807C, 7.92 mm Mauser cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue/phosphate finish, laminate stock. Manufactured by Walther (ac) on a rough forged receiver marked “K43 ac/45” on the left. Hooded blade front sight and military tangent rear sight graduated from 100-1200. The bolt carrier is fitted with a reinforcing web, hollow cocking handle, and lacks provision for a bolt catch. Right side mounting rail, unthreaded muzzle, “gcb” code “K43” marked magazine, and cupped trapdoor buttplate. Fitted with a smooth pistol grip laminated stock. Matching serial number marked on the receiver and bolt carrier. Includes a period leather sling and extra “aye” code “K43” marked magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% plus original combination late war blue/phosphate finish with some rough cast areas. Magazine retains 98% original black painted finish. Stock is very fine, with a crack at the toe and some light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: The Paul Crockett Jr. Collection. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500

Very Scarce World War II German “bcd/bnz” Dual Code Gustloff Werke/Steyr Mauser K98k Bolt Action Rifle with Bayonet - Serial no. 7988I, 7.92 mm Mauser cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, laminate stock. This rifle is marked with dual manufacturer codes “bcd/bnz” above “4” on top of the receiver ring, indicating it is one of approximately 2,000 manufactured jointly by Gustloff Werke and Steyr-Daimler-Punch in 1944. Standard “Mod.98” marking on left of receiver. Blade front and tangent rear sights with eagle proofs on various components. All visible serial numbers are matching. Laminated pistol grip stock with a cupped steel buttplate. “byf” marked floorplate and trigger guard/magazine housing. Includes J. Schilling bayonet, metal scabbard with leather frog, and sling. CONDITION: Fine, retains 50% original wartime blue finish with some areas turned to a smooth brown patina. Stock is fine with some scattered scratches and handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Excellent German NSDAP Marked Gustloff Werke KK Wehrsportgewehr Single Shot Bolt Action Training Rifle with Bayonet - Serial no. 241199, 22 LR cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Introduced in the 1930s, the Klein Kaliber Wehrsportgewehr was designed to mimic the weight, feel and features of the military standard 98k bolt action rifle and was popular with paramilitary organizations within Germany, including the SA and the Hitler Youth. Blade front and tangent rear sights with “eagle/N” proofs on the barrel and receiver, Gustloff trademark and address on the receiver ring and
“KK Wehrsportgewehr” on the right. Smooth pistol grip stock with two barrel bands, and a bayonet lug for use with a K98k bayonet. The left of the buttstock is branded with the runic-style logo with “SA d.NSDAP” (Storm Detachment of the National Socialist German Workers Party) in a circle around it. Includes a period leather sling, muzzle cap, “42 cof” marked K98k bayonet and metal scabbard CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% original blue finish with some light wear around the muzzle. Stock is very fine with scattered scratches and dents, a re-glued crack on the right rear of the forearm, and a
defined branding on the left of the buttstock. Mechanically excellent. Included bayonet and scabbard are fine.

 Swedish Carl Gustaf M/41B Bolt Action Sniper Rifle with Matching Numbered Scope Mount and Scope Case - Serial no. cal., 29 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. “1908” dated receiver. Matching serial number “226275” marked on the scope base and scope mount. Includes “AJACK 4X90” scope (optics clear), leather lens caps and metal scope tube. Initials “RO” carved in the toe of the stock. CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% arsenal refurbished blue finish. Stock is fine as arsenal refinished, with numerous scattered dings, scratches, a few minor chips, and carving as mentioned above. Estimate: 1,600 - 2,500 LOT 365 Haenel-Lorenz “Wehrmannsgewehr” Mauser GEW. 98 Bolt Action Target Rifle - Serial no. 1, 8.15mm x 46R cal., 29 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. This is a pre-World War I Mauser GEW. 98 that was later reworked after the war to be in compliance with the Treaty of Versailles. These rifles are often referred to as “Wehrmannsgewehr” or “serviceman’s rifles” and were very commonly produced in single shot variations and chambered in 8.15x46R to be used by various shooting clubs as target rifles. This particular rifle is not single shot and has an internal magazine with spring loaded follower. The top of the barrel is marked “8.15.46 Norm:” denoting the target caliber. Fitted with a blade front sight and elevation adjustable notch and ladder rear sight. Number “1” is stamped on various components, with some stamped in place of the original numbers of the rifle. “HAENEL” marked on the left of the rear sight base. World War II era “eagle/37” proof stamp on the later replacement floorplate. “Eugen Overmeyer” carved on the right of the buttstock. CONDITION: Very fine as assembled, retains 85% period refinished blue finish with some scattered handling marks and a few patches of light pitting. Stock is very good as lightly period sanded and re-oiled, with numerous scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: The Supica Collection.
