DWM 1906 Dutch Contract Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with
Holster - Serial no. 2618, 9 mm cal.,
3 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish,
hardwood grips. Manufactured on contract
for the Netherlands, many of these pistols
would be used to arm the Dutch Navy and colonial forces between the World Wars. Fixed sights with “1915” on the barrel, a “crown/W” proof on the left side of the chamber, and the DWM monogram on the front toggle link. The extractor retains the traditional “GELADEN” mark, with the safety marked “RUST” and a brass plate installed on the left side of the frame marked “4
- Inf .II/4”. All visible numbers are matching. Fitted
with straw finished small parts, checkered grips, and
an unmarked magazine base with a metal reinforcing
clip in the rear. Includes a fine quality
reproduction brown leather flap holster.
CONDITION: Fine, with 75% of the original
blue finish, showing a bright file mark on the
front strap, minor pitting concentrated on
the barrel, scattered light spotting and mild
edge wear and handling marks overall. The
small parts show over 80% of the refurbished
straw color, and the grips are good, with some minor dings and dents. The holster is very good, with some mild scuffs, cracks and verdigris buildup. Mechanically excellent.

DWM 1920/1917 Dual
Date Artillery Luger Semi-Automatic
Pistol with German Navy Unit Markings and
Holster - Serial no. 9155, 9 mm cal., 8 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood grips. Originally manufactured
in 1917, this Artillery Luger shows markings indicating it as having been entered into the inventory of the Weimar-era Reichsmarine post-World War I. Fitted with a set of fine adjustable blade front and tangent rear sights, the chamber is marked with the “1920” inventory stamp over the “1917” date stamp, with “DWM” on the front toggle link, Imperial-era “eagle” and “crown/letter” stamps on the appropriate parts, and the Weimar-era “eagle/O” acceptance stamps on the left side of the barrel and chamber. The frontstrap is marked with “O.1678” (struck through) and “O.53”, indicating issue from the German Baltic Sea (Ostsee) depot. The magazine is marked “eagle/M” and “9229x”, the right grip is numbered “3” and the left unnumbered, otherwise parts are matching, with some components remarked or overstamped to match (likely during depot work). Included with the pistol is a brown leather closure with a GI modified snap closure and a cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Fine, with 85% of the arsenal refurbished blue finish, showing bright edge wear, a small amount
of spotting, and light handling marks overall. The grips are also fine, with a few dings on the crisp checkering. Holster is good as modified, with cracking, scuffing and touched up areas overall. The magazine button does not fully engage the hold-open, otherwise mechanically excellent.

DWM Model 1923 Commercial Luger Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 82395, 7.65 mm Luger Auto cal., 3 3/4 inch
round bbl., blue finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured between
the World Wars, and marked for export to the United States. Fixed
sights, with a blank chamber, “DWM” on the front toggle link, “crown/N”
commercial proofs on the appropriate parts, and a “GERMANY” import mark on the right side of the receiver. Matching numbers in the “commercial” pattern are present overall, with unnumbered checkered grips and a blank hardwood magazine base. CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% plus of the original blue finish, showing bright edge wear and mild handling marks. 50% of the straw color is present on the small parts, the remainder turning gray and
showing light spotting. The
grips are very fine, with some
dings on the sharp checkering.
Mechanically excellent.

Automatic Pistol Rig with Matching
Magazine and SD Marked Holster
- Serial no. 3122A, 9 mm cal., 4 inch
round bbl., blue finish, hardwood grips.
Fixed sights, with “1921” on the chamber,
“DWM” on the front toggle link, a set of
three faded Weimar-era eagle proofs on the
right side of the extension, matching external
numbers (including on the magazine), and
“3.117.” unit marking on the frontstrap. A
brown leather flap holster is included, a
former artillery model converted for use with
a P.08, with belt loops added to the back, an
overstruck “SD” unit mark and “5529” on the
back, extra magazine (mixed) and a takedown tool.
CONDITION: Excellent, showing 95% plus original blue, with bright wear on the high edges, light scratches concentrated on the chamber area, and mild handling marks. 85% of the original straw colors remain. The grips are excellent, with a few dings on the crisp checkering. The holster is good as arsenal modified, with scuffing and cracking. Mechanically excellent.
